The room was comfortable enough, but the price is shockingly high for what you get. The bathroom door slider lock wasn't secured, and a screw fell out of the contraption from normal use during our stay. Check-in procedure is self-led through an email they sent, so be sure to watch your emails (no staff present at check-in). We would have loved to open the windows, but there didn't appear to be a way to keep them open, and they were very heavy and cumbersome.

The contact-less check-in solution was excellent and the location is super central.
However, I would not have booked this hotel if I had understood that the toilet and shower facilities were shared with other hotel guests. It was probably stated somewhere, but I did not see it so it is on me. But would for this reason not book again.

The hotel is conveniently located and close to the mall, shops and bus stops so we only have to walk to get to our bus tour, and airport bus. The hotel is clean. The only negative thing I can say is the room was hot and stuffy because the radiator heater was on. The knob was broken so we cannot even do anything about it. We had to open the windows to let the cool air in. Other than that I have no complaints. This is not a hotel but more like Airbnb since there are no staff around.

Zero service, zero staff, zero breakfast. 65 round stairs to the top floor. Closet bathroom and closet shower for all 3 rooms on the floor to share. Was clean and close to everything.

The location is great and the room was clean. I'm not sure what amenities there are; coffee and tea in the room maybe?
There really is no staff. If you have a problem you can reach someone via the phone in the lobby but that only works on the time. This is a digital check in and operation.

Our room was on the forth floor and there is no elevator. So we had to carry our luggage up all of those small twisty carpeted steps. Not fun and not possible for my elderly mother. They also had our room clean early but wouldn’t let us in it early to leave our luggage. No very helpful. Also our bathroom was the size of a closet with a very small phone booth for a shower. Not great but clean for a short stay.

Room we got for the family was one big hall and tiniest bathroom ever made ( for people who are 6 foot or above good luck )
There us not enough place even to keep your stuff other than one study table
No extra tables only one chair
Entry is confusing but if you know technology you will be good especially after hours
Limited amenities like few tea and coffee
Cups to drink water will fill 2 sips of water so small
There is no disposable cups
No conditioner
Heating cooling and bathroom water temp us also confusing
Only Positive is location is all right
Definitely won’t recommend with family and with kids
No tooth brush paste basic stuff
No extra pillows
It’s not a hotel but a private building
