Pauline and Lyndsey made us feel very welcome. Rooms and ensuite bathrooms are clean and comfortable and there is a good choice at breakfast. Perfect location for a quiet get away and easy access to Blair Castle.

The ads were misleading as the property is NOT in Pitlochry - but a good 20 - 30 minutes away with no transportation other than a personal vehicle available. There are no dining facilities within walking distance nor any entertainment. Also we were moved to a higher floor than we were promised.

An excellent place to stay, comfortable, quiet, yet central. Only problem was, trying to find it first off, we passed the road end. One sign was obscured by a tree branch - but there was another we missed.
We recommend it.

stayed for two nights as I was visiting my family, so booked the Firs as the location was excellent and in such a pretty place.
I cant fault anything the property had a lovely homely feel with the plush sofas in the living room with the roaring fire.
room was comfortable and clean and the cooked breakfast was lovely, the highlight was getting to meet Lindsay and Lesley the owners, two lovely people and nothing was to much trouble, even when I disturbed them at 7am as I had forgotten to put my breakfast order in the night before.
