Amazing hotel. Fantastic staff and absolutely beautiful apartment with lots of extra touches. We arrived early and left our luggage. When we returned our luggage had been already been delivered to our room. Those extra touches make the difference.

You couldn't have a better location in Edinburgh, and our apartment was exceptional: huge, beautifully furnished, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge living room, a huge dining room and a huge kitchen. We were really blown away.

Nice one night stay at the Rutland, the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We were put into an executive room which was lovely and we had a great view of Princes St. Breakfast was very good and great value.

Booked a room, but allocated a one bed apartment… fabulous.
Luxurious, spacious, a huge bath tub.
Very comfortable bed.
The breakfast was the best. Both the full English & the fruit chia pudding.
Excellent, friendly service in both the bar & reception.
