Lovely B&B in a bar/restaurant. Newly refurbed. The decor in the room was lovely and everything was very clean. Lobby area quite dated but the sea views and lovely breakfast make up for that.

Yes, the hotel is a little dated but it is clean and comfortable. The room we were in needs some refreshing but that doesn’t mean it isn’t worth staying. Meals in the restaurant/pub were very delicious. It is about half hour from Inverness but that means the area is very quiet. The hotel overlooks the bay. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Basic room but with all amenities you require. Breakfast was cooked to order and there were plenty of options. The restaurant meals were also good, cooked fresh and piping hot. A good view from the restaurant too! The staff were always very helpful and polite.

Great comfy beds, clean rooms and bathroom, continental choice of breakfast as well as hot breakfast available, included.

Place badly needs an update, public areas look very dirty, carpets need replacing and a fresh coat of paint would work wonders. Room very basic but clean and fresh, ensuite very well maintained. Food was good and staff very friendly and efficient.

The hotel was a bit dated but the staff were very friendly and polite, the breakfast was great and the room was exceptionally clean I would recommend it to family and friends

As noted in a number of reviews this property looks a bit tired and in need of refurb but that shouldn't stop anyone from coming. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view. Only slight negative would be low water pressure in the shower. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was superb.

We had a twin room, above the restaurant and with a view across the Comarty Firth. The room was basic, but clean, comfortable, and ensuite. There was noise in the evening from the restaurant (as you would expect), but we were generally out, eating, or watching TV, so it didn’t bother us. The food was fresh and amazing and definitely recommended. The staff were young, worked very hard, as a team, and were very helpful (I hope management recognises that). Would definitely stay again, and recommend for the value for money price bracket.

Stayed here one night after a camping trip. The room was very small but very comfy beds and quiet - slept very well. The restaurant was awesome for dinner - we didn’t expect such a solid quality of food. Breakfast was very good - filling, with loads of options. We were very content with our stay here

Nice family room, large washroom, clean and quiet hotel, pleasant staff and very good breakfast. Nothing bad to say at all!

The room were feeling very stuffy and dated. Shower were very small. Staff was okay - marginally racist.

Hosts were very helpful and meals were delicious.The hotel could be updated though.
