Amazing

Our room us always cleaned very well daily and we love the housekeeping staff. The ground was fairly clean but the resort is dated. We went to another spa elsewhere because we werent told by the frontdesk there was one at the resort. It wasnt a terrible stay but it wasnt amazing. Our bed was super comfortable so that helped. Maybe we'll stay there again when it's renovated.

WiFi was terrible and couldn’t connect. The tvs were smart tvs but you were not able to connect to apps like Netflix, etc.

I submitted a complaint and still haven’t heard back. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the property was deplorable. My room had dead bugs on the walls and was not properly cleaned upon arrival. Despite being moved three times, each room had significant issues, with the last one still being below any reasonable standard of accommodation. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making it extremely uncomfortable, and the WiFi was unreliable, which directly interfered with my ability to complete my homework. These basic amenities are expected at any reputable resort, and their failure added to my frustration. To make matters worse, when I requested to speak with management at checkout, I was told that the manager was in a meeting. When she finally acknowledged my concerns, she acted as if she didn’t care, which only added to my frustration. The lack of professionalism and concern for guest experience was unacceptable. Given the numerous issues I faced and the fact that I had no choice but to endure these subpar conditions, I am formally requesting a full refund. The online description of your resort does not align with the reality of my experience, and I feel misled as a guest.

No inside safety lock on the door, roaches, tons of mosquitoes, beautiful properties but not taking care of properly it is sad.

I truly appreciate the beauty of the rooms and the charm of the area. The sight of the boats and yachts is delightful, and the balcony views are simply breathtaking. There's something special about the clear skies and waters that just brings a sense of peace and joy.
