Classy hotel. Clean. Helpful staff. Location is decent. Small gym perfect for a hotel. Sauna was great. But my favorite part was the salt cave. Breakfast was delicious as well. Overall excellent place to stay.

This property goes back to the time when guests were the most important thing. I cannot speak highly enough. Great place to stay,near bus centre and city centre. I wish I had stayed longer.

Plenty of staff everywhere reception, cleaning, dining hall. We stayed with breakfast added and it was a lovely display each and every morning. We sat in the salt cave for an hour, free with the hotel.

Our room was on the top floor and had a nice balcony which was a surprise!

4* but some extra toiletries in bathroom would be nice. Body cream and shampoo.
Although room, especially bathroom, clean would have beem nice if cups washed up when room serviced.
Restaurant on first floor had no lift access.
I managed stairs for breakfast but not comfortable as hand rail on only one side.

Hotel is conveniently located out of the old center but close enough to be reached easily. There is a nice shopping mall nearby and several stores and restaurants.
The room is small but decent.
What bothered: minibar not icing and air conditioning not cooling. Took time for the maintenance team to fix both, but still not perfectly. Shower is good but the box is just partially closed so water flows out and wets the whole bathroom id you are not careful.
Breakfast was very complete and well served.
Reception crew was friendly.
