It was a great place but they have very limited parking so we paid for parking close to the hotel. It smelt amazing in our room so I know it was clean. The A/C worked great. The person at the front was always polite to us and helped show us where to go for an adventure. The breakfast buffet could’ve been better is all I’m saying.

Ich war etwas verwundert, dass die Betten nicht jeden Tag gemacht wurden, davon gehe ich eugentlich normalerweise im 4*-Hotel aus. Und leider gab' es Sonntagfrüh kein frisches Gebäck, sondern nur diese unsäglichen weichen/zähen Weckerl, die leider in der Slowakei oft üblich sind. Wäre toll gewesen, wenn es das frische Jorgebäck, das es am Samstag gab', am Sonntag auch gegeben hätte. Aber dafür waren die Mehlspeisen sehr gut.

Les 3 personnes à l acceuil ne sont pas friendly...en plus il ne propose pas les services de l hôtel ( piscine, sauna salle de sport) la baignoire à bulles ne fonctionne pas. Pour le reste c est au niveau attendu.

Meget ringe hotel. 4 stjerner er helt forkert. 2 stjerner vil være korrekt.
Vi fik nøgle til et værelse, der slet ikke var klargjort. Det betød at vi først fik værelset kl. 16.00 Værelset var møgbeskidt og det er første gang, at jeg har fundet et brugt kondom i badeværelset. Badekarret var ikke gjort rent efter forrige gæst og der var brugte sæbeflasker i badekarret, der var eneste bademulighed. Det var ikke muligt at få kaffekapsler til kaffemaskinen- nok mest fordi receptionisten ikke gad. "Det tror jeg ikke vi har" var eneste svar, og intet tegn på at ville undersøge det.
Morgenmaden var elendig.
Wellness centret var lukket.
