The staff were so kind and helpful. .we really enjoyed our stay including the excellent breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel, it's great for families.

Great location! Breakfast buffet had a great selection of well prepared and delicious food choices. Everything else about the hotel met my expectations for a four-star hotel. Parking - extra fee.

Excellent location, lovely clean (and spacious) room and bathroom. Staff were fantastic and even left me a dessert in my room when they saw it was my birthday! Breakfast was substantial and really good.

Close to the old town center. Walkable area. Has amenities we didn’t use then though. Overall decent place, we just were able to control the temp in our room but good AC seems to be hard to come by in Slovenia. Would definitely come back here just not in the summer when the heat is unbearable.

Really loved the stay. Great central location. Immaculate room/bathroom. Perfect mattress. Great sleep. Pillows are a little soft/flat. Breakfast is vast, fresh and varied. Reasonable price. Great newly refurbished sauna along with a pool. So happy to find this place

The staff at check in were great, the system was down so it was a manual check in and took a bit longer. But they very kindly upgraded us which we appreciated a lot and they were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and felt very new. The bathroom was large and had great amenities. The hotel is in short walking distance to the old town with lots of bars and restaurants. The only downside to the stay were the soft pillows and noise from the room above in the very early hours of the morning.

The hotel is very well located. Staff are friendly and responsive. The breakfast is vast and delicious. Lots of choices. I used the pool one afternoon. You have to make an appointment, which is a little unusual but may help to reduce overcrowding. There are two saunas- wonderful.

Hotel is a 5 minute stroll to the city centre. Rooms are freshly decorated and very comfortable with good bathroom. Staff are excellent and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good value while hotel all over spotless

The hotel was great and very central to the town. The staff were great (ordered taxis for us) and our room was cleaned everyday.

This hotel is very stylish, clean and accessible! The location is perfect as it is a block from the main square and all of the shops and cafes and bars! Great place! Will definitely return!

All very good. Location perfect. Staff on top of their game all the time, from reception staff to breakfast room and pool area, and including the Rondo car rental guys who make it all very easy for the guests. Few points for improvement: ideally rooms would have full blackout curtains; fruits at breakfast was almost never ripe and lacked taste; it's a pity the larger of the two saunas was broken most of the time as the other one is too small. Besides this, I would stay again for sure

I understand the construction, but perhaps you should not have certain rooms booked until it’s completed. 2 of the 4 elevators were working. so I took the long way to my room, where the key card did not work. so I went all the way back down to the desk where I was ignored while other guests were being checked in. I was upset at this because I feel like I should have been helped first. they came in AFTER I got back down to the desk. so that was my start. the construction noise was right outside my room and prevented me from sleeping in on my holiday. I also was unsure if my temperature control was working so I called down to the desk to ask for someone to come show me how to work it. an hour and 14 minutes after I called no one had came up or called so I walked all the way back to the desk where 3 desk agents were comparing the veins in their hands. the gentleman that did finally come to my room said he didn’t know how to work it either since it was new, so he suggested keeping the window open with the noise. I was so disappointed in this hotel. the bed was hard and pillows way too soft which is a personal preference so nothing on your part. Breakfast was ok. The location is the only positive thing I can say, and I really hate that. I had splurged on this hotel because of the location and I was celebrating visiting my last country in eastern europe. this was the worst hotel I stayed at on this 10 day trip and was the highest rated. I definitely learned my lesson.

It was a very clean hotel. The staff was amazing and provided us with much kindness. The breakfast was very nice too! We loved it because it had plenty of underground parking (for a fee). Didn’t have to worry about finding a garage every time we left the hotel. Hotel is right in city center! Walkable to everything!

The location, close both to the railway /bus station and the centre of town was perfect. The room was spacious and modern. The breakfast was excellent, the best do far on our trip and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here. Certainly, if we are fortunate to return to this part of the world, we would book this again in a heartbeat
