We stayed here for hour nights and we loved every moment. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and we had a balcony with a spectacular view. I cannot imagine anything else that could have been added to the buffet breakfast. Definitely something for everyone. The dinner was also a buffet and was not quite as nice although there were several choices available. Just not as outstanding. However it was our choice to eat there instead of tracking into the beautiful town. My biggest tip is to have a car. Taxis are not cheap. Otherwise an amazing stay. 😍

Great location. It’s a short drive to Lake Bled and about half an hour to Ljubljana. It’s an old hotel that’s had a renovation but don’t expect fancy chrome and glass. It’s wooden and a bit old fashioned but I’d say it’s in keeping with the rural location.

Well maintained and very friendly front desk. Location is close to nature but not within walking distance to Lake Bled or Bled Castle, it takes about €11 each way for taxi. More frequent hotel shuttle service to Lake Bled would be great.

Originally we booked a place that said it was 12 miles from Lake Bled...then realized that was as the crow flies and it would take almost an hour to drive there! So we quickly jumped on the phone app and booked Hotel Ribno. We drove through town and followed the directions and signs, driving down this little road looking for it. we thought maybe we had passed it because we were almost to the end, then we came around a curve and there it was! Breathtakingly beautiful!! The pictures don't do it justice! It is such a beautiful and idyllic spot, so peaceful and surrounded by trees and nature. The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly. The rooms was a little dated, it didn't have the same attention to detail as the outside and lobby/restaurant, but it was clean and nice. The restaurant was very nice and has a huge deck where you feel like you are dining in a beautiful forest. I would go back in a heartbeat! Love it!

Full service hotel. Outside central Lake Bled but very easy access. Complete breakfast and paid for dinner buffet. Pleasant and helpful staff. Modern, comfortable, quiet room with great beds. About 2km from Lake Bled. Hotel offers a shuttle service. Lobby and dining area very attractive. Some rooms like ours have a huge patio overlooking river.

Very disappointing. I was told it was within easy walking distance of lake Bled which was not the case. The hotel was old fashioned and faded. The first room we were given smelled of tobacco smoke. The bathroom was not up to normal standards of cleanliness and tiles in the shower were cracked. Breakfast was ok but dinner (buffet) included in half board price was truly dreadful. A big mistake to book this place.

This was a last minute booking and the staff upgraded our room because of availability. The breakfast was great with a large variety. The 5 minute drive to Lake Bled was convenient. They serve a buffet dinner with meats, chicken and fish, as well as salads, vegetables, potatoes and desserts - all at a very affordable price. Just a pleasant place to stay.
