To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and an access code. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests are required to download the property's WhatsApp mobile app before check-in. Guests will receive an email from the property with damage deposit <strong></strong>payment information within 48 hours after booking. The deposit is payable via secure link, due within 48 hours after booking.
