This is a no frills hotel. The elevator was fast the desk staff was friendly. Very well located. The cleaning service was top notch. The beds are stiff. And the listing said there is laundry on site. There is not. View was good. Window opened all the way which was great for letting some fresh air in. Great stay.

The building itself is a bit land locked with limited views, and parking is available via car lift next door. The service is good with daily cleaning and towel change.

The building and room is quite old, but still considered clean. There are also TV programs for foreigners including NHK, so this is good.
I would like hotel management to improve the breakfast, because there was no bread at all but only some small cakes. The vegetables/dishes served were not hot too.
There was coffee machine but the coffee was terrible.

As like most of the hotel is this area it is a bit old but it has all of what it requires to have. Very reasonable price for hotel at this area as some motels are more expensive. Not far from where the tourist action is(shopping street). The restaurant on the 1st floor has reasonable price with good taste. The interior design of the room is a bit old.

When I booked the room it did not have an option for non-smoking so we booked a standard room and messaged the hotel for non-smoking. The hotel vaguely replied without mentioning the non-smoking room. When we got there they charged us an extra $60 USD for non-smoking AKA an upgrade. Hard to find because name on Naver Map is Busan Hotel. Took us 30 mins to waive down a taxi that knew where hotel was. Bath tub was so dirty we had to wear slippers when showing. The toilet bowl was also dirty. Pros: there is a 7-11 inside the hotel and the location is good.

Hotel is not as shown in website. Ambiance is not good. Rooms are very dull and uncomfortable. Staff does not know English so difficult to explain what needed. Some times very arrogant and rude in response.
Carpet was smelling. rooms are not as shown in the website. Other facilities as shown was unavailable. In short neither I will recommend nor will suggest this hotel to any one.

the hotel was very close to the main shopping/restaurants in nampo-dong. it was easy to get to the subway and exploring the markets and shopping around nampo were all very easy to navigate from the hotel. the hotel itself is a little dated, as the wallpaper in the rooms and the furnishings look like they could definitely use an update. nonetheless, the room was clean, the service was polite, and the location was great. it's not suitable for a romantic getaway, but as the name implies, it's basically a clean and good place to rest for a night or two while exploring the city.
