Everything was perfect!

Overall quality was fine, but this is a 5 star hotel, so my expectations were a lot higher. The room was clean, but the road noise was quite high. The bathroom did not have ventilation so it always felt damp, and the shower spilled into the floor every time so it felt wet constantly. WIFI was disappointing as it lagged a lot, and the breakfast buffet was roughly $50 CAD, which is insanely overpriced.

This was an amazing stay with an amazing hotel. The staff were great and the room was fantastic. The view was amazing and it is so close to everything. The extra perks are fantastic. The food was top notch. Will stay again.

I was very impressed with The Grand Josun. The service was excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Everyone was welcoming courteous and polite. Staff was very prompt in responding and making sure we were well taken care of. We we were greeted by every employee we encountered with a smile. My husband and I were given wine and vip access to enjoy coffee and desserts.

Clean, attentive staff, great location by the beach

Friendly staff and clean accommodation

Right by the beach and near so many restaurants! The perfect location to do activities in Haeundae. Rooms are clean & comfortable, the staff is super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel

A really nice hotel. Centrally located and right on the beach. Nice rooms, comfy beds. The hotel next door had a pool where people were quite loud. Other than it being noisy, it was a good experience.

Very nice hotel with excellent customer service! The staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. Only issue was the cost of food and drink in the hotel itself, very expensive!

Staffs didn’t even have common sense. Need more training. Room service was ordered since 8:30 is the last order then we went out for a while. Thought the foods would be placed inside the room. Was so shocked the foods not even covered were openly waiting us for more than an hour in the hallway!!! We ended up trashing the food. The staff said we should have notified when we are going out to them? Dnd sign was turned off. how absurd.. vip lounge had only cold foods. Bologna and instant cheese with opened chips.. Swimming pool staffs were rude and obnoxious. Without approaching politely, they mistakenly thought the swimming goggles placed in our bag were toys and tried to take it away??we were awfully shocked by their ill manners. Towels were filthy dirty, the windows are not sound proofed. You can hear all the engine sounds out in the streets even when we were placed in one of the highest floors. Three elevators were there but it was always!! always so tightly packed and unbelievably slow.. this property cannot be considered 5 star!!

The hotel has a serious problem with elevators. It has a few small elevators, so it takes 20 minutes to get on an elevator. I waited so long but the elevators are full so I had to wait long time, which made me stay in the room and check out next day ASAP.
