I can say that everything was in order, a very good place, right on the shopping street. Interesting and unusual hotel. There is no view from the room. But that didn't bother us because we were only there to sleep. The breakfast is the same but there is enough choice. They clean every day. You check in and out yourself in the lobby. There is a money exchange machine. I recommend it.

1) Sound insulation is great. Very quiet even when next to the elevator
2) Hotel staff is friendly, accommodating and professional
3) Rooms are cleaned and daily cleaning service is great
4) It is so near the Myeongdong shopping area and the train station, as well as the airport bus terminal (great location to be in)

The room is too small that we don’t know where to put our luggage’s. That’s better if you travel alone. Our bed is comfortable but too small.and they only have 2 pillow available and we’re 3 people staying in that room.

The location and soundproofing was good. There were some slight issues with cleanliness as we found old contact lenses on the carpet which was a bit gross. Also we did try to get extra pillows but was told there were none available as the hotel was full.

Henna Hotel is well located for firet time tourist! Myeongdong can be crowded and lively at night but Henna is located on the far end of the area so its quiet at night

Although Myeongdong is quite a busy area, there was no noise coming into the room, so sleeping was quite good. The hotel has a minimum staff on site and the check-in and -out are made via some machines, which couldn’t read my (German) passport. Anyway, friendly personnel were available on request to help with that. Breakfast was booked altogether and was ok, heavily directed to the asian taste.
It’s definitely a very good option for those who plan to spend a long time in the shopping area around, but also for those who look for a good base for visiting Seoul via public transportation, as it is located less than 5 minutes from the metro station, and with several bus lines stopping close by.

We enjoyed our stay here very much - it is nothing special, however the location of the hotel is very convenient to explore Seoul. The rooms are quite small, however we loved that they had a window you could open for fresh air, and it was quiet at night.
