Very clean and friendly staff.
So close to the south gate market. Great breakfast. We stayed there one day rainy day. Hotel provided for umbrellas. It was nice and thankful.

Hotel was very clean and equipped with everything we needed including umbrella that we can borrow. They also have storage lockers that we used to leave our luggage while we went to Busan. This service is free up to 7 days if you return and stay with the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious with Korean as well as Western food variety. Subway and bus routes are nearby. It was easy to commute to the many attractions around Seoul. The hotel is also close to shopping districts. There is also a convenient store CU and Starbucks outside and it is surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

Great location within walking distance to Namdaemun Market and Myungdong. Close to transit and surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafes. Staff was very nice and facilities well maintained. Overall nice stay.

Excellent location and very helpful staff. There was a plumbing issue in the room and they dealt with it quickly. The room felt a bit small but I guess it’s normal in big cities.

This is a fantastic location, behind namdaemun gate & market on one side and City Hall & insadong in the other. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and hygienic environment. Hotel offers own tours and food options besides assisting with airport taxi calls too. Definitely a recommend!!!

I arrived late from Taiwan and didn't make it to the hotel until around 10:40pm. It's easy to spot from the street as it has a big sign on the top of the building. From the front it looks really nice and luxurious. The reception is on the 11th floor, so I guess the hotel doesn't occupy the first 10 levels. The staff were nice and friendly and the check-in was quick.
My room was on the 20th floor and it had a nice view. The room itself was quite big with all the amenities you need. They even provide a face mask to freshen up. The bed was big and comfy and I slept well. There's a convenience store next door, which is very convenient. It's also very centrally located if you need to explore the city or head to Seoul station or city Hall station.
Overall I had a very pleasant stay here. I would recommend it.

I have had an amzing experience at Gracery. It was great all around for a fair price in a very good location with easy access to everything. Room features went above and beyond expectations with what was provided standard. Service was top notch as well, this is an easy reccomendation and likely revisit for us.

Nice, clean, safe & cozy place to stay! Very sweet receptionist. Easy check in process. Less than 10 min ride from Seoul station. No complaints about this hotel. They offer breakfast and lunch packages if you are unfamiliar with the area and don’t want to go exploring
