Kindly upgraded us for free because the room was available. Very clean, nice quiet lower level for snacks! Right by the airport bus station, saw it as we stepped out of the door.

Pick hotel for location as near airport and it was. Free airport shuttle was an excellent bonus. The hotel itself was good. Nice clean rooms. Good size shower and comfortable bed. Can't comment on breakfast as I had an early flight. Also great staff

Awesome hotel in a great location. When we checked in our room appeared to be upgraded to a room with a bath. Which was great because the shower was a little bit impractical to use. The room itself was spacious and modern, and the eating area downstairs was great with free food 24/7. Lots of places to eat around the hotel, and some shopping around as well. Train station in very close proximity.

Very rude staff, woman at the front desk doesn’t speak English, everything said needs to be put into a translator. I was denied checking in at 2pm and told it was strictly 4pm, even though I reached out prior. I said ok and then sat down, then a couple walked in after and was given early check in right in front of me. The free airport shuttle is also a lie. It only goes to terminal 1, never on Saturday, and only for a few people max until 10am!!!!

If you just need a hotel near the airport, this is a fantastic choice. Clean, tidy and spacious room.
Having snacks available all day is great.
And the shuttle to the airport, whilst only goes to Terminal 1, its still makes it easier to get there.

Chloe at the reception was very, very nice. She helped me a LOT! Please raise her salary!
The AC controlled by the tv remote control not useful. The light system is not efficient to use. The power bar with USB plugs wasn’t working, good thing Chloe was there to help. The 24 hr. Snack access is great! It is conveniently located outside the train station. Paying extra for a late check out is worth it. Overall for what you are paying is great. Chloe Rocks!

I booked this hotel because they have airport shuttle service.
Upon arrival, i got a massage that they do not offer shuttle, so i need to take a taxi. Taking a taxi at late night was a great experience.
I was told that they do not do pick up, but offer shuttle service to the airport only.
The staff is very nice. The room is big and clean. 24 hours snack is great especially for late arrival. It good for a short overnight stay

just what we needed for a layover to rest and recuperate. nothing fancy, small room. bathroom is like a huge wet room and not a lot of privacy but serves its purpose. would recommend if you need a joint to just crash and reset. easy find from the train station too and walkable.

Hotel was very conveniently located near the metro station and was was to spot when stepping out of the station. The room was clean with a view onto the city street. The shuttle service to the airport involves sign-up for the time you need to get to the airport, or you will not be let on if there's no space--the staff failed to mention that when I checked in--requiring me to hail a taxi cab. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
