Great location, indoor parking, welcoming staff. Breakfast is great, although it gets busy in the peak hours so you need to wait up to 5/10 min. Nice lounge area, can get cold at the times if doors keep opening frequently. Rooms are comfy and clean, but outdated and need refurbishing.
Very small gym for such a big hotel.
Spa is ok.
My biggest disappointment was a bathroom which looks like in 3* hotels.
Ski slope is 3min walk from the hotel.
Overall nice stay, would stay again, but for the price you pay they need to upgrade few things.

My parents like to stay here and have their breakfast buffet. If you get a date that includes the breakfast, it’s a good value. The staff at the check in was very helpful and friendly. The bakery downstairs has decent coffee and pretty good baked items. The hotel is getting old, though, and it’s not the most up to date design. There’s no vanity table in the room. The quality of towels is good. I’d stay here again if I come to the area in the future as there’s not a much better option nearby and it’s right off of the ski resort.

Lovely hotel, although a little worn in places. Large room size. We ate dinner in the restaurant, which was very reasonably priced and enjoyable. Breakfast had a very good selection

I cant understand why a "luxury" hotel would turn the A/C off at night; my room was 29°C, I sweat less in a sauna. Opened the sliding door for some air to listen to kids screaming starting at 6am.

The staff was very friendly and greeted us upon check-in. They also introduced me to the resort and direction. The room is spacious and very clean.
The only down side is that there was no air conditioning. Only heating was in operation. I could not turn off the heating for some reasons. It was fine that I could open the window to get some cool air. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Intercontinental.
