It is my to go hotel every time I come to visit Busan.

I like the breakfast very much

The place is budget friendly but could use a lot of updates and more cleaning. Beds were not comfortable but at least the beddings were clean. Onky good thing is the free breakfast (eggs, toast, ham, jam, cereal, coffee, etc.) and how close it was to BIFF Square and Jagalchi Market. At night, we noticed some very loud ticking noises that kept us up nbwe realized that when the room upstairs flushes their toilet (we can hear the running water), this is when thebticking noise started. Overall its budget friendly if youre looking for this kind of place byt we won't be returning.

Location was great, place was comfortable just had a huge issue with the toilet that had issues flushing and the corner kept falling off so then we had to keep digging into the tank to put the cap back on, was told there was nothing they could do to fix it, happened multiple times a day which was super annoying and seemed really unhygienic. Would recommend for the location, room was smaller than expected but we only came back to sleep.

Terrible, small, and unmaintained bedroom. The bathroom is uncomfortable; you can't shower unless you're a contortionist, and even then, everything gets wet and flooded. One of the girls at the reception was completely unfriendly and impolite, which is terrible. I would have given more stars, because even with the bathroom issues and room size, the location is convenient. However, the terrible attitude of the receptionist makes me give only one star. People like her are not qualified to be at the front desk.

The room was perfect, the views amazing and is in a great area. I was able to get to all the tourist spots I wanted to see very easily. Also the restaurant in the building amazing food!

bed was a little stiff but other than that everything was amazing!! was even able to wash my clothes while i was staying there

The guesthouse is right in the heart of the action. Just steps from Nampodong Street, Jagalchi Market, Gwangbokro Culture and Fashion Street, and the subway station, it made exploring Busan incredibly convenient. This is a budget-friendly option, but it doesn't skimp on quality. My room was clean and comfortable. Note the bathroom is typical Korean style, which doesn’t have a bathtub. The included breakfast was generous and a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and helpful, willing to answer questions and offer recommendations.

Very close to subway, fish market, food/shopping behind and walkable to biff square. Room was small but spacious and good airflow. Breakfast includes basic toast, juice and coffee. They have boiled eggs and u can make your eggs, but fyi it may take awhile when theres a lot of ppl. The lobby is very small and no bathrooms to use. Only can use restroom in your own room, and no eating allowed. The towels are small and they have a washer you can use & drying rack to use since the dryer is broken/off limits. Wet shower with normal toilet.

Overall is ok but only 2 power blug for 4 of us to use.

Great views to the marine port and ocean. Great and convenience location. Close to bus and subway stations. Markets are really close to this place too

This accommodation was cheap (quarter price of hotel we had in Seoul) - and excellent value for money. Staff were friendly; breakfast option (self cooked) worked well; room clean; bed comfortable; bathroom more than adequate; used washing machine and drier - foc and easy to use. Very well located - very close to tube station and near old part of Busan. Very highly recommend particularly if you are on a budget.

Very convenient and good

Position: Easy to reach from Busan Station with either a bus or subway, good position in the area (lots of markets/restaurants/shopping next to it). Room: The bedroom was kinda small and we only had 2 carry-on luggages, I don't know how I could have fit 2 checked luggages in that tiny room. Showering wasn't a problem, the only thing you should be aware of is that if you spill water on the door it will drop on the floor once you open it. The view was amazing though, we could see Busan by night when we were trying to fall asleep, air conditioner working perfectly and easy to use as there are instructions for it. Mini-fridge included. Towels were small but IIRC you could ask for bigger ones, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner included as well, if you needed a plug extension you can ask for it. Big plus is breakfast included with plenty of choices for you to enjoy in the morning before heading out for your adventure!

Cheap and clean

Take Exit 5 if you have heavy luggage (got escalator). Booked 4 pax room for 3 pax. The room is big enough to open 3 big luggage. We fried eggs & ham for breakfast & enjoy the beautiful view of the harbor every morning. However there is only one washer & one dryer which takes 3 hours to complete. Therefore no chance to use the dryer since the guesthouse is fully booked.

The guesthouse is in a great spot, close to the bus, metro, food options, and attractions in Nampo. The room is small, but comfortable for a short stay. The shower situation was different as there is no stall, but it does the job.
