I had a pleasant stay overall - rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the amenities were good. However, there was no dedicated space for drop-offs on check-in, which made arrival and departure a bit stressful, especially with luggage. Two buses occupied the whole space.

I tried to extend one more night and the staff told me that i need to do it through an app. I spend over an hour trying to extend on the expedia app and could not. I ended up going to another reservation app.

Good location, Clean condition.
But there were some issues.
1. There were no spoons for beverage. You should secure spare amount.
2. Car park‘s always full whenever I visit. Even the alternatives are close to the hotel, It‘s kind of hassle.

가격이 싸서 그런지 조식을 먹고 아빠와 아들이 배탈이 났습니다.
아빠는 많이 드셔서 그런지 장염 진단을 받았습니다.
하지만 레스토랑 측에서 대처하는 속도나, 확인하면서 피해 받은 소비자와 상담하는 태도가 굉장히 불쾌했습니다.

We’ve been staying in a suite for almost 2 weeks. It’s just so surprising how this hotel doesn’t have a cot, charges for extra blanket, always has issues with their key cards, parking gets full all the time and has super dirty washing machines. The housekeepers extremely nice BUT they need to be more thorough. For instance, the housekeeper who cleans our room always forgets something like she forgets to put a mat, to put back a trash bin, to close the window or whatsoever. She is such a nice lady but needs to be more thorough. The washing machine on the 5th floor is disgusting. The detergent drawer has mold and doesn’t seem to be ever cleaned. I myself had to take out the drawer, took it to the washroom in the gym, wash and rinse several times before using it. Yet they charge 4 bucks for each machine.

Staffs were extremely nice, professional and efficient. Rooms are in decent sizes and clean. The only downside of this hotel is that they no longer provide amenities but only reusable shampoo and soaps which normally are given by cheap motels.
