Such a wonderful hotel and the facilities and staff was so great. There is a 7-11 just across for late night snacks and a CU mart at the basement. We enjoyed the stay and were very comfortable for a week stay.

Three staff are overly helpful and kind. Especially the for men. They helped me with bags taxis very very kind people!!!

Indoor swimming pool was amazing but think they could make more use of outdoor pool by not making a charge to use,room eas clean but overlooked by buildings opposite staff wherw exceptional helping us to arrange forward travel in korea,will be back.

The hotel was beautiful, had helpful staff, and wonderful amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed the deep tissue massage in the spa.
Surprisingly, one of the more desirable amenities, the outdoor pool, came with an additional charge and time restrictions. Also, there was construction next door that began working as early as 6am, which was inconvenient for sleeping. I realize the latter is not within the hotel's control, but a disclosure or effort to place guests further from the construction noise would have been appreciated. My room was in the closest corner to the construction possible, so it was quite loud for me.

Wonderful stay at Mondrian. The staff were superb, the highlight of our stay. The room was well furnished and designed well, and very clean. Unfortunately we felt the outdoor pool area was a bit unkempt and thankfully was cleaning day the day after our stay.

Other than having a full service fitness center, nothing about this hotel is particularly 5 stars. At best, it’s a rather mediocre 4 star.
My first room smelled of cigarettes, but thankfully, the staff promptly changed rooms. The sauna facilities were rather average, not less than average.
Although the front desk was friendly and polite, they poorly communicated to me about checking out early.
The location too is also quite bus dependent.

Excellent property, facilities and location were perfect for our trip. Close to Hannam, Yongsan and Itaewon main area. Breakfast is good in the hotel restaurant Cleo, great selection of options. Privilege Bar is great, lovely cocktails and welcoming staff with a cool vibe. Room had a good layout and all the facilities you would expect, even a water machine in the room. Only drawback was that our housekeeping lady had a terrible cold and my partner caught it. The WiFi if different in your room as it is to the communal areas so logging onto different networks is a little annoying. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely return

A beautiful luxury hotel in every sense. The facilities really offer a lot of diverse options for dining, relaxation & convenience. The staff went above & beyond expectation to make my visit smooth & enjoyable. The location is also very convenient for accessing other major areas in Seoul. I highly recommend.

Booked this for two days whilst visiting my brother, sis-in-law and new nephew, to give them some relaxation and something a little special. It ticked all the boxes, lovely room, lovely facilities, we used the indoor pool as it was out of season for the outdoor one. Nearby a great place to go for a drink or two in Itaewon.

Hotel was stunning and had everything you could need right there. Unfortunately a new shopping mall is being built next door so it can be quite noisy in the mornings
