Our group of three persons arrived late at the Hotel and got warm greetings from the reception on 18 December 2019. This is a very convenient hotel closes to Myeongdong Exit no. 3. We took limousine bus no.

Great location, clean rooms, love the coin laundry and dryer.

Hotel is close to everything including airport bus stop, trains, shops and restaurant. The size of the room is reasonable and in very good condition. The only gripe is that I lose wifi connectivity between 8pm and 10pm each night. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is decent enough. Nice location. My only concern is they do not clean the room properly. When we checked in we saw a used tissue beside our bed.

Location was perfect, train station was few minutes away. Isaac toast was across the road and restaurants like McD, fried chicken shops, Paris Baguette etc are nxt to the hotel. Myeongdong street is across the road as well. Is a good hotel for option.

It was my wife and my 4th wedding anniversary. We stayed at this hotel and on our first night, we were given a twin sharing room and the room wasn’t well cleaned. There was sand on the bed and strands of hair in the bathroom. However, the hotel changed us to a double room which was to our delight. However, there were only 1 pillow for each of us. When we called to request for more pillows, they said they don’t have anymore pillows and offered blankets instead, which didn’t fit our purpose. On the overall, it was still quite a pleasant stay despite the minor hiccups.

The hotel is one road apart from Myeongdong shopping streets. It’s convenient but not noisy.

Very nice place, clean and neat. Close to shopping and metro station but locate in a quite corner. Can't beat the in house coin laundry.

Good location. Very near to subway station and Myeongdong shopping street, Room is clean and comfortable and staff are really helpful.

On certain days the trash wasn't cleared although the bin was overflowing. Other than that, the service was okay, beds were clean, toilet was clean too.

Room size weird. First night given a room next to staff storage area. Return back after 2 nights and was slightly better. Given a room along walk way. PLEASE note room size very tiny base on triple room. Do consider this factor as picture of guestroom very misleading. WiFi not consistent and always very weak, at times you may get bump out. On the other hand, location is superb, easy access to all major trains, eatery, shopping malls etc.

New oriental hotel is located conveniently near Myeongdong Station and opposite the famous MD shopping and food street bustling with activities from 4pm onwards. There are a few cafes surrounding the hotel and there is no worry about finding food in the vicinity.

Rooms were really clean and comfy though a little small, but it’s acceptable. Love the toilet as it’s very spacious. Location is really near the subway and most imptly just <5 minutes walk away from Myeongdong Street. Love the fact that there’s also a neighbourhood restaurant that sells comfort food like gimbap, soft tofu stew, etc etc. Procedure for checking-in and out were really quick and efficient. There’s even a weighing machine for your luggage at the hotel lobby. And it’s also really convenient to travel to the airport as the airport limousine bus waiting area is also just about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Would definitely come back and stay again.

ACESSIBILITY Great location as it is situated in between of N Seoul Tower and Myeongdong. Its also easily accessible to the train station via Exit 4 of Myeongdong Station. For quick local breakfast stop, Issac Toast is opposite the hotel. Has a 24hrs CU (7-Eleven equivalent) around the corner. SERVICE Front desk service can be improved for some of its staff but overall responsive. ROOM COMFORT The bed feels worn as one can feel the springs when lying on the bed. Very soft pillows.

Front desk helped to arrange a local courier service even though they said they don't usually fo this. Thsnja

There was no windows at the room and it was completely different from the description. So, we complained and changed the room. But there was only tiny window and no views due to the building standing in front very closely (as if I could reach it with my arm). We changed again but the result was the same and we were told that if we want nicer room, pay more. That's so terrible.
