Perfect stay for Gangnam area

Property not clean at all

The staff were exceptional

Excellent for business travellers

I had a rather inconvenient experience during my recent visit. There were hardly any service staff in the lobby to assist with my large luggage when getting in and out of the car. Additionally, the entrance doors should be converted to automatic doors. It was extremely difficult to manually open the doors while handling large bags.

Was okay. Staff was not extremely helpful and english was very basic communication. Decor and facilities very dated.

Gangnam district staff were doing very noisy landscaping work since very early in the morning and the hotel didn't do anything about it. I requested a partial refund to the hotel due to the inconvenience which they agreed to.

Perfect place to stay

Hotel is old. Staff are not as friendly.

There were a few hiccups but the staff was accommodating. First room smelled like cigarettes. The second room had a lot of mold in the shower but I stayed a few days. The third room which I stayed in last year, was good but everytime the AC kicked on it would be soooo cold but when it was off it was hot. I think the vents needed to be aimed upward. And the shower would run hot and cold. I liked that the beds are so comfy. And it was quiet. You wouldn’t hear your neighbor upstairs running around in the am. Their food service was fast and of high quality food, though expensive as to be expected. The housekeeping service if you needed something was fast. The showers had a good flow. The toilets are the kind with warm seats and cleaning features. It’s near the subway but since I don’t understand their subway that was not beneficial to me. It is up a big hill so hopefully walking isn’t an issue for you. For some reason the entrance is hard for the taxis to find so make sure you insist they bring you to the front door and not just drop you off in the street.

Very convenient from airport transportation perspective, K-limo bus right at their doorstep. Quite and safe with abundant eating options in and around the hotel. Robot on room service duties was a suprise

The hotel is very well located. It is clean, the staff are attentive and speak excellent English.
