Location: Within walking distance to Myeongdong and Euljiro-3 train stations. Located within Myeongdong so it 's very convenient. Room: A little on the small side. The room we got was a view of the toilets in the building next to it. Service: Efficient. No fuss. Not personable. Housekeeping: Satisfactory. Beddings: Comfortable. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but options like McDonald 's, Isaac Toast and other local eateries are available nearby. Opposite the hotel is a cafe Leonidas which sells quality coffee at KRW25,000 from 8-11am.

My recent & 2nd time experience staying 4 nights at this strategically located hotel was alot better than the previous one !
My daughter & I had a wonderful stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Check-in & check-out was quick and easy, our room was beautifully appointed and well-maintained. The housekeeping service was impeccable.
We especially appreciated the warm welcome note left in the room. Our daily requested for extra towels, toiletries delivered promptly including front desk receptionist, bellhop's assistance with our luggage & taxi booking to airport. Breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.
We'll definitely be back again soon !

The hotel is situated in a very central location, close to the night market, shopping streets and metro station. The room was of average size, after adding an extra bed made it feel small. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Our room was also very clean and comfortable with nice city views. The location was very close to the shopping district and subway. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in the heart of downtown Seoul.

Location is good but our room with a doible bed does not have much room for our luggage. The toilet area quite small and in need of renovating. Unfortunately, our assigned room has a strong perfume odour so they moved us to another room away from our kids rooms. Overall, i guess you pay for the location as it is located in myeongdong shopping area.

Hotel Royal Seoul is located in the heart of MyeongDong. Accessible from both subway line 2 and 4. Hotel has all needed amenities (yes, they have slippers and robes), and their beds are very comfortable (with actual comforter)! Great for a tiring day!

Royal Hotel Seoul is situated at a prime location smack right in Myeongdong shopping district. Shopping & dining options are wonderful with lots of options. Convenience is surely there! The only con is during weekends, taxis are not willing to pickup in this area as the human traffic jam is too much and too time consuming for them. So taking the public transport works better during weekends.

Very nice hotel. Rooms a little smaller than we expected but the staff is super nice and very efficient.
We took a premium room with access to the lounge and was worth the extra cost.

Being an English speaker it was very easy to communicate with the whole staff. From check in to dinning the cleaning staff and security. Perfect location for see all the sights near by Just steps away from shopping and night market. Everyone was kind and helpful. It felt very welcoming and safe. The breakfast buffet was great with wonderful views of the city. Great afternoon tea and light snacks. We were in town 10 days. Two of which were spent in Busan. They stored our extra luggage during that time until our return. Very convenient.
