Was everything we needed and surpassed expectations!

This was a nice installation to visit. What I disliked about it is the fact that over half of the water was closed and wasn't posted on the website. Also, when I booked my stay I booked for my family. This including my child and the hotel didnt have anything set up for my child's stay. Not even the breakfast. Besides that, it was a nice stay.

VERY UNDERWHELMING - booked this resort due to the advertised “pool party” however it was full of children and can’t even be called a party, music not loud enough, no lights, no edm/house music as stated, no vibe at all - fireworks were called off our whole stay due to “weather” however there was 0 weather issues it was sunny throughout - outdated rooms, no bidet/toilet - housekeeping forgot to replace something every day eg only 1 robe one day, no tissue box the next - water park a lot smaller than it looks on photos - nothing like the photos, do not recommend!

Ok stay. Unfortunately our son got sick so did not get to use the wonderful facilities

though the room is not as expected, the staff was friendly and very much supportive. special thanks to front desk ladies who helps me to find nice flowers for my wife's birthday.

Had an enjoyable stay. Theme park was fun. Good dining options. Would have liked more complimentary tea and coffee.

Had a great stay at this property. Loved the amenities (theme park, water park, arcade, bowling, shopping, and different food options). Even though the outdoor water park was closed during this time the indoor water park was great! Kids loved it. It is a distance from other tourist attractions we wanted to visit like the Aquarium but we made it work. You can definitely have fun and enjoy your trip all at the resort with the amenities provided. But if you plan to explore other areas of the island, prepare to drive (we had a rental). We visited hello kitty land and chocolate museum that was near us. We planned another day to explore other parts. But the resort was wonderful. We plan to return and stay at the same resort to enjoy the water park and theme park more!

Great place to stay! Well organized and lots of things to do. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They were willing to help me anytime I needed anything.

It was fun to spend time here

Don’t get me wrong, the facilities were nice and clean, but we had a horrible time at this resort. We booked it with the intention of having a lot of outlets for our 4 year old to play. When we arrived, we were told we had to reserve one of three three hour spots for the outdoor heated pool. Once you enter, you can’t exit. If you choose the first time slot, you can’t go to the water park at all because it doesn’t open until the second time slot. No restaurants open until noon but the second time slot opens at noon. So you either lose time at the pool to eat lunch or go to the pool but then you have to wait for the pool restaurant to open at 2 to eat. So my 4 year old, who wakes up at 7am, had nothing to do until noon and had to wait until 2 to eat lunch and couldn’t leave the pool for any reason or we were done for the day. This makes zero sense. I complained about it and they didn’t care. They gave me additional theme park entrance cards but guess what—the cards have a limit of three rides and my son was too short for most of the rides. So we were done in about 30 minutes there. Our son couldn’t do the kids club because he’s not a native speaker. I completely regret staying there. If you’re a foreigner, you should definitely choose a different location and explore the island more.

The place was beautiful. understandable lots kids goes with lots noise. The hotel turned off air conditioner because the weather was cooler. But with sunlight beating down to room, the room temperature was 80 plus and stuffy. Front desk told me to open the window, but very noisy. I was very disappointing.

Really clean, friendly, have a lot of things for kids, but something ONLY FOR KOREAN!!!! Don’t know why like that……

This resort has everything any family would want in a vacation. Location, Free swim park, multiple restaurants on site to chose from and the location is central to about everything.
