Front desk staff were friendly and room was sufficient and clean but would not stay again. Ran out of parking at hotel and had to park off site. No hot water for more than 24 hours. Forgot to bring breakfast. Room was 28 degrees Celsius despite AC.

There are two train stations in Ulsan. This hotel is walking distance to the Korail station for regular train service. The KTX station for the high speed express trains is about 15 miles distant. Many local bus routes (327,337,407) will get you to the hotel in about 55 minutes for 1300 KRW, or about $1.12 USD. And the buses have Wi-Fi. Very extensive breakfast buffet. Very nice, bright, and clean coin op laundry facility. In room safe is nice to have. Easy walk to downtown. I will stay here again on my next trip to Ulsan.

This time I do not know why the hotel gave me a single bed. This bed is very small I could sleep well. When I asked the front desk to change the room the told me that I need to pay extra. I do not understand why?

Price is affordable. Great stay with gym facilities.Room was spacious and was like a 4 star hotel less bathtub, swimming pool. Around the area only have E Mart supermarket. So the neighborhood was quiet boring, but its near bus terminal where you can take KTX or bus to various part of Ulsan.

Garbage bin in the room was not empty when we checked in, but they were not unsanitary materials, so we didn't make any complaints. However, it should definitely have been emptied given we checked in past dinner time. There was enough time.
The room was very clean as the hotel building itself seemed newly built. However, there is a serious sound-proof problem. We stayed on the 12th floor, and the next door neighbor chatting in foreign language could clearly be overheard. Thanks to the lingual barrier, I was not able to understand their conversation, but it definitely was not a pleasant experience at 2 AM in the morning.
