Not good for family

The location and price of the hotel was prime. The front desk staff was gracious, helpful and friendly.

There are lots of restaurants and shopping places around the property and the breakfast is also nice.

The place is super hard to find it. Front desk personnel super helpful and friendly. The place is little dirty with piles of trash next to elevator. Room is ok. Towels are super comfortable. Ac unit is loud. Breakfast area little dirty. No many options. They can improve a lot with just little effort. Location is amazing next to everything.

Did not met what I paid for … too expensive !! It’s the worst hotel /inn we stayed for . Very SMALL bathroom can’t even moved and very small room . I’ll never booked this again .

Great spot for myeongdong market

A night staff named Thomas was acting rude to the residents staying at the dining area..Im.not sure if he was just somewhat "racist " because he never said anything to the other colors that were talking loud ..by the way I am from the Philippines.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. If you want to be near public transportation and shopping as well as tons of restaurants, this is an excellent choice especially for the price. However, there are some quirks about this hotel. Initially the staff was very kind and helpful. On our last day, we had one rude staff as we waited for our airport transportation. We had two triple rooms. One room had a VERY loud air conditioner and lights as well as outlets that didn’t work properly. The rooms were clean, but the beds are extremely hard (mattresses on plywood basically). The free breakfast is also a bit different but not a big deal since there are plenty of other options nearby. For the price paid, we were satisfied and would have rated it higher if the one room didn’t have so many things not working properly and if we didn’t have the rude staff encounter as we prepared to leave.

Good location and very helpful staff

I stayed in the single room with included bathroom for my first night in Seoul. The room had a lofted bed that I am not used to as a Western tourist. The ladder is bolted to the wall next to bed which can be difficult to get into if you have joint issues. Otherwise the room is good for a solo traveler. The included breakfast is toast with topping options and espresso with add ins.

The staffs are knowledgeable and friendly but the breakfast is too simple. Not much choices.

Centrally located in Seoul which is near to train station and a few shopping malls although the toilet is small. Recommend bringing your own cup to take hot water from water dispenser and toiletries as there is no electric kettle provided.

Good place to stay. 4/5 because not clean enough for me, women shower full of hair, some stranger hair around my bed as well. Bed sheets really clean, safe space, perfect location, breakfast is good (toast and peanut butter). Would come back for sure.

Property location was perfect

Is very convenient because is central apart from that there is nothing special about this property the very basic accommodation y oh need to stay for a day or 2 no more then that!

Very nice and clean! My only con was the mattress was a little too firm for my taste. Great location to shopping and the night market right on the street was great for snackies.

Whilst the location was in prime position but the room and the facilities were not great and was quite musty.

Good location and good for single travelers

No house keeping or room cleaning everyday. Only they clean the room once the guest left for check out. We stayed there for 5 nights and they never changed everything we used. The breakfast they offers are good enough for everyday
