I thoroughly enjoyed my second stay at the Prima Hotel.
The hotel is located in a great area, with plenty of food options available, and within easy walking distance of tourist attractions such as Jongmyo Shrine.
The breakfast buffet is varied and has plenty of tasty choices, and the room had great air conditioning and a huge number of TV channels to choose from.
I hope to stay at the Prima Hotel again soon!

Hotel is in walkable distance of the palace and very close to the metro. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

We loved this hotel. Firm beds, clean rooms, great staff. Walking to subway and Insadog for shopping. Close to Palaces. The rooms are small so if you have a lot of luggage you may want to upgrade to a bigger room. Amenities were fabulous. All in all, I would stay here again. Only the tiniest critique, the bathroom lighting could be brighter for older women wanting to put on makeup.

위치는 너무 좋았고요, 직원분들도 친절히 맞아주셨습니다. 한가지 샤워기 고정이 ㅜㅜ 정말 문제였어요. 물이 탕밖으로 새어 욕실 바닥으로 다 나가서 불필요하게 깨끗한 수건들을 낭비해야했습니다. 청소하시는 분들이 아셨을것 같은데 왜 안고치시는건지 모르겠네요.

Everything was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The only thing is they don't have a belhop service or luggage carts to help you carry your luggages to your rooms. We had to bring five luggages up to our rooms ourselves. Their beds were a little too firm. I'm a side sleeper and it gave me a bit of discomfort when I've been sleeping on one side for a while.

Everything was good. The only thing was that theh didnt have a bellhop service to help with the luggages. We came in the early morning and we had to lug all our 6 baggages into the room ourselves and they didnt even have any baggage carts.

The hotel is very accessible to everything , very clean , staff are nice and courteous. The only downside in this hotel is they don’t have airconditjoning during winter time and the front desk staff affirmed it , only heater. We turned off the heater as it was hot when it’s ON , we frequently open the window just to get some cool air. Other than that the hotel is very nice, i miss their pillows. I would stay again at this hotel at summer time when the air conditioner is ON.

The check- in was quick, the front desk staff was nice. But there are a couple of downsides, no luggage carts, we had to unload a dozen of big luggages from the airport van and load them again in the elevator in two trips.
