The Sharp Hotel

Location to Chinhae Naval Base was wonderful. Great that parking was offered. Room was clean. Electrical outlets were sketchy. Recommend for a nights stay

Please google tranlate hotel to korean, before you give address to taxi. Hotel # is the name, there is no Sharp anywhere! Room was big with a king bed and single bed. Only provide you with hand towel as bath towels to bath! Shower very strong, but no shower screen, so will wet whole toilet, must hold on to shower spray, not comfortable. Toilet wall is frosted, nothing to block out light. Light switch is by enterance. So must leave light on, then how to sleep? Location is good, not far to anywhere. Staff friendly. Can speak mandrain. But morning, no one arround....

We just stayed 2 nights in The # Hotel and the staff were extremely friendly and respectful with us at all times. The location is very central, close to the main stream covered in cherry blossoms, but also the rest of Jinhae being right in the middle for exploring in any direction. There are some very comfortable cafes nearby for relaxing in while waiting for the 4pm check in, although the staff did get us in early at about 3:15pm. The first thing we noticed when walking into the room was the strong cigarette smell coming from the room. It appears someone had hidden them down the drain, so clearing the air didn’t help and we just needed to keep the bathroom door shut to limit it as much as possible. This is more about disrespectful guests than the hotel, but it affects our experience. Possibly unrelated, I had severe allergic reactions while in the room compared to being outside of it. Again, not really the hotel, but combined with the hard mattress and pillows and the curtains that don’t blackout the outside light, I didn’t sleep a minute on the second night. Oh and it’s not a noisy town, but it’s easy to hear outside noises. The room was very big however and it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The room was big, staff friendly and location central. I’d probably try a different hotel next time, but there’s not a lot of options and we might end up back here to hopefully have more sleep that time!

Everything was very clean and nice. The room was goodbsize with a big bathroom. I was very happy with my stay and would come back here if I'm in the area again. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Many nice amenities and at a very reasonable nightly rate.
