Location was near airport and many nice eateries around. Quiet but safe neighbourhood. Room was spacious and clean

Nice hotel and very cosy

The staffed were very nice, hotel was clean also. Rooms were too small. Hardly any spaces left for your essentials. The kitchen had no utensils at all! Not even spoons and folks. Lol. The room had musky smell when you walked in as well. Although it was very clean.

Property was in a convenient location close to airport and had free valet parking. Also provided free sandwiches in the morning for breakfast.

Helpful staff and convenient location. Close to lots of restaurants. We didn't like the lack of kitchen facilities for the size of the kitchen in the room ( not even a spoon to make a tea or coffee ).

Standard Family Twin City View - simple stay for 2 nights. Location - in Jeju city, a short walk (50m) from bus 202 stop. Useful for people travelling from Seogwipo or the west coast. Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores and one supermarket (round the corner) within 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. Less than 10 mins taxi drive away from Jeju International Airport. Room - was quiet on the 5th floor. Not my expectation of a city view from my room as I was looking at the back of other buildings. Shower water pressure was strong. Bed was medium firm. Netflix is available to connect on TV. Bonus - A laundry room (complementary) for hotel guests to use with 5 washers and 3 dryers. The free homemade sandwich provided in the morning was much appreciated during the stay.

Loved the hotel. Very spacious. Separate shower. Free breakfast sandwiches in the morning. Ample washers and dryers and using these are free. Free parking. Well definitely return!

Our room was lovely and they had free sandwiches delivered to your door every morning - they were both healthy/nutritious and yummy! Came with two slices of orange too. Close to convenient bus stops e.g. we took a direct bus to Osulloc Tea Museum (1 hour or less in total, with bus stop only a few minutes away). Staff were helpful too!

Pros: - Free breakfast tuna sandwich - Free valet parking - Free laundry and dryer - Close to the airport - 24/7 Convenience store on the first floor Cons: - Sewage smell in washroom. Otherwise pretty clean.

I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I booked this hotel as a 1 night holdover while waiting for a very early flight the following morning and for a £55 fee I was not expecting much. When I arrived at the hotel the outside was nothing much to look at and initially gave me the impression my first thoughts were correct, this all changed when I got into the room. The room included a mini kitchen area, a sitting area and a double bed, all really nicely laid out and maintained. The bathroom included a shower and a "japanese style" toilet, with all of the functions those include. Not satisfied with including an amazing room for a cheap price, the hotel also provided a free morning sandwich to start your day, all you need to do is hang a cooler bag (provided) on your door for the morning and a sandwich will be provided for you. I did not think I would get one as I was leaving the hotel before 5am, but seeing the receptionist in the morning, he noted I had not ordered one and gave me one anyway! completely free! This was better than a lot of the hotels in the UK and at considerably lower price. Amazing experience

Location is ideal. Property is well maintained and cozy. Though rooms are small but they're cozy. The washing machines needs upgrading though. A few machines were inoperable during our stay. Instructions in English would be most welcome. Check-in and out was seamless.

The rooms were decent but the service was truly lacking. Every service staff we interacted with had an attitude.

No city view, only alley view. Front desk reception definitely didn't make us feel welcome.

rates are reasonable. place is clean and modern. Staff speaks english and is helpful. The sandwich provided each morning is great. Free laundry is great. overall a great stay and will stay there again if I ever visit Jeju again.

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and size is spacious. Location wise there’s a mini mart just beside the hotel, we didn’t explore but around the hotel there’s some restaurants. It’s also near the airport. Like the sandwich that they give every morning. If you drive, parking will be a problem if their own parking lots is fulled. You will have to park elsewhere and can be up to around 8-10 mins walk. There’s just 1 day when we came back think the house keeper didn’t close our door properly so it’s like kinda left open but we check nothing was missing so that’s one thing they need to be careful about.
