We tried to stay at famous Gangnam area but not so much to visit around the hotel. Starfield COEX mall is not too far but not walking distance. Good thing is Airport bus stop (going to Incheon Airport) is right in front of the hotel. Clean and nice area. We ( family of 4 adults) got a suite on 17th floor which has 3 beds. The one in upstairs in only mattress on the floor ( 2 story room). Noticed some dust on the floor. Otherwise it is a very nice room.

Great location considering size of Seoul it takes about 30 mins in metro to reach meeting points to main attractions

When I got to the hotel they don't have a person in front they have a kiosks there where you check in and out. You can't check in a minute earlier you have to wait exactly at 4pm you have to put your reservation number you receive in your email.
Room was big and nice every day they'll bring you clean towels and water. Its very quiet and the hotel is in a very good location near the train station, bus and taxi. There alot of restaurants and cafe from walking distance.

Planned to use washer yet the outlet is disconnected and smelled moldy. The water both hot and cold was shut off without noticing. House cleaning was every 3 days and the day to be cleaned was skipped and I had to remind a staff hardly hold. Found a few tiny unfamiliar bugs on the sheet. Shower glass with soap stains and dust on the corners in the room.
Told they are bouncing back from the pandemic!
Just letting anyone to know what to expect. Hope the management could improve asap!

Really really dirty hotel. Shower booth have molds everywhere and drainage problem cause the shower booth to flood. Countertop have marks that havent been cleaned for ages. Please stay away. Price isn’t worth troubles.

The property is quite old and alot of issues flow from that. However, it has everything one needs for a short stay and for the price and location, one cannot really expect more.

The lack of staff is very bugging. The front desk is empty all the time. The check in is very late(4pm) so if you arrive early there will be no one to help you. I also forgot my massage gun at the hotel and tried to call them. but no one answers.

Mixed bag. Location is great, and the idea of the place is kind of neat.
Our first room had black mold in the shower, and lots of dust in the rest of the room.
We asked for a change of rooms, but as they were completely booked for that night were not able to accommodate until the next day. This was a challenge because the front desk is not staffed 24/7, and the person did not arrive at the stated 9AM, required a phone call to the hotel manager, 3 times, in order to actually get someone to assist.
The new room was clean, or at least the bathroom was not moldy; still a bit dusty.
It's definitely showing it's age, but can't really beat the price.
