Shuttle Bus didn't turn up for over 1hr and half. Contacted hotel and they informed us on 2nd call if shuttle bus was full from Terminal 1, it didnt come to Terminal 2. Not helpful when you had long flight. Doesnt mention that on previous reviews or advertising. Room was grubby, no kettle facilities. Had to go to McDonald's across mall area for food and hot drink. Other guests doing the same. Best part of hotel was leaving.

Air conditionning making so much noise, very hold equipment who’s not enough to cold the room and it was not so hot (early June ) We did not pass a great night. Checking took 45 minutes. Breakfasts was good. Next time I will choose a more recent hotel.

Not a 4 star hotel; walls on the room need to be painted or at least washed. Bathroom has a bathtub and not clean, hair dryer did not work, no toiletries like toothpaste, lotion or even hand towels. Towels not white, no ironing board/iron and breakfast ok. Room temperature was warm as A/c is set up by hotel. The only good thing was the youn man at the check in and shuttle service to the airport.

I stayed there for one night because I had an early flight. It’s a very comfortable hotel, the rooms are nice, remodeled and very clean. The shuttle bus is included in the hotel price and it’s on time. Even the driver was very helpful. Definitely will have in mind for the future or for recommendations.

The staff at reception were very accommodating. Very nice staff at the bar. The popcorn was very much appreciated. The room was large and satisfying. Breakfast had a very large variety and the staff kept it meticulously clean. Sitting area outside was nice to relax at while waiting for room. Mall next door has a very large grocery store if you want room snacks/drinks. The shuttle from airport is a wonderful service.

The staff was average at best. They are not 4 stars at all. Not accommodating and unfortunately lied to us on multiple occasions. We had been told certain items would be in the room (iron, ironing board, hair dryer…) and none were in there. We requested them multiple times but never got them. The cleaners forgot to leave soap and hand towels in the room. The front desk, specifically the manager who we asked to speak to, rudely said they could do nothing and it was not their fault. I would NEVER stay there again. The gym was excellent and the breakfast facility was a nice area.

Traveled here solo. The hotel on the outside looks nice but inside it is cheaply built and cheaply maintained. Was given a room and immediately upon walking in I saw bugs crawling and the room was dirty, and stained on wall etc. I took pictures of them and went to the hotel staff to complain and they had no other rooms available. They set me up at their sister hotel at Fira in the city and despite this being their issue they made me pay for the room they put me in. Even upon arriving in that room I paid for at the second hotel, I found dead bugs on the floor and stains/dents on the wall. It’s like they don’t do appearance upkeep. Did not feel comfortable here and the bed was rock solid. Would not recommend. The airport shuttle does work though. Breakfast was okay but made me sick an hour later.
