Great staff and excellent breakfast. This hotel is conveniently located to tourist sites but currently the street, Las Ramblas, is doing a tremendous amount of construction. It is loud during daytime hours. Also, the subway station is close by and you will hear rumbling but it did not bother me.

We had a nice sized interior room with good, working A/C. Family had another room w/balcony facing la Rambla. Their room was hot. A/C not working, was given a fan but still quite hot. Staff tried to be helpful but not really. For example, there was construction in the ROOM next door. Front desk said this was construction in the next building when, in fact, it was the ROOM next door. He said he would tell workers to be mindful esp during afternoon naptime hours. Nice, big buffet for breakfast. Good location. Convenient to metro and busy la Rambla area! Our interior room was quiet.

Room was small but clean. Perfect for three nights. The breakfast here is excellent and well worth 14 Euro per breakfast. Be advised this hotel sits right on the Rambla. Two nights were quiet, one night we had very loud partyers until 3am. Also note the Rambla is undergoing major renovation so there is construction noise during the day.

There was major demolition going on outside our hotel and much of the Rambla boulevard. It was very loud and most of the Rambla was torn up. They did, however, stop the drilling by 5:30, so it wasn’t much of a problem for us. I believe this work might continue into 2027 summer. I would check with the hotels first before booking along this major street.

We didn’t have a nice room. It was small, smelled like sewage, the water temperature changed from hot to cold during shower. There wasn’t a real window in the room, just a frosted one that faced a service patio. The location is great, however there was lots of construction on Rambla which was disappointing.

Breakfast buffet is worth the extra cost. The bed was comfortable, great shower pressure, clean room, great location. The staff were very helpful with advice and recommendations. If I go back I would definitely stay and highly recommend for your stay. Close to the subway system which is great for getting around. The hotel is in responsible for this statement. Please be careful of the criminal activity that goes on in the city of Barcelona. And do not use Uber! Use taxis. Or subway.
