Amazing stay at this appartment for 4 nights.
We stayed with a 4 and a 7 yo and walked everywhere. We didn’t fancy staying on Ramblas as it’s a bit too busy but this was just perfect. Close enough but peaceful.
We are already making plans to go back later this year with friends.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. We arrived late due to our flight being delayed. Alvaro (I think that was his name) met us at the apartment without any issues and was very helpful telling us where the nearest supermarkets and pharmacies were, as well as pointing out some points of interest on our map. The apartment was a 10 min walk from La Rambla with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. We had a fantastic stay in Barcelona.

Aspasios Urquinaona Design has a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment with comfortable beds and a nice balcony for breakfast and visiting. The bedrooms were very quiet. We stayed a week.

Great location and friendly staff. Parking 10 mins away which they organised for us. Would be wonderful if there was a little sound proofing to the outside as was quite noisy. Otherwise great for a weekend break.

It was a quite area with nearby conveniences.
Cleanliness could use some improvement, last tenants garbage and some appliances where not cleaned.

I would recommend this apartment. It is centrally located, near Las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter. There also was a market very close by. The apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. While they give shampoo, conditioner, and soap, they do not replace it like in a hotel - so bring some too! (We did and it was fine). The washer was broken and was never fixed, although the management sent a maintenance person twice, so they were attentive. Unfortunately it was never fixed and we packed light because we thought we had a washer/dryer. The air conditioning works, but doesn't go below 22 degrees C., which is fine for the day, but if you like to sleep in cold temperatures it is a little high. The elevator broke one day, but, again, management was quick to get it fixed by the end of the day. Just so you know, you can not sit on the balconies, just look out, but it is a great view. The apartment was overall a good experience.

Apartment was very clean when we first arrived, we stayed for 5 nights and it was so nice to be able to walk to Placa Catalunya (600 meters from the apartment) and most of the other sights in Barcelona. This is a lovely apartment for a couple or a couple with 2 kids. We stayed on the second floor (actually third but in Spain floors are counted differently:) and we had a nice balcony with a view of the street, Carrer de Girona. There are only 2 relatively negative things I can say apart from many positive things,
No cleaning was done in our 5 night stay.
On the last day, the cleaning lady was at the door at 11 am exactly and was clearly annoyed when we said we need five more minutes to check out. She was a bit rude.

We stayed at this quiet hotel for 2 nights. A family of 5. We loved that it is on a street with very little traffic, but walking distance to everything. The rooms were spotless, the apartment was spacious, with a little charming balcony, high ceilings and more room that we've ever needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a good size as well! It was more like staying in a private home than a hotel (note, that there is no reception or concierge on site) There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, and modern equipped kitchen.
We were greeted by Jesus, a very pleasant young man. He explained to us where everything was, showed us how to work the locks on the door ( they were automatic) connected us to wi-fi and set us up for a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend them.

You are just 5 blocks from Las Ramblas and Placa Cataluyna. Nice neighborhood and you can make groceries there a supermarket in the corner. Apartment has good dimensions and is really comfortable.

First we cannot check in before 2pm. That is ok, but at 2pm, the apartment is not clean yet. Travelling with parents kinda difficult to have a place is not done when it is time to check in. I need to leave the luaggage and come back in about 2 hours later. Check in process is long and all those rules. Elevator shut off afte certain time at night and start later in the day to avoid noise, but my father has trouble to wak up stair which create a hassle for him.

Excellent location and well equipped flat. Being on the top floor meant we had our own roof terrace one side and balcony the other. We had a minor issue with the electrics, but someone came out late at night and an electrician appeared and fixed it the following morning - excellent service.
