Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife - All Inclusive

Wonderful hotel, has everything that a family could need. Gorgeous drinks and food. Beautiful views and the pools and staff were excellent. Would love to return!

To begin with, we experienced a significant pricing discrepancy related to our children’s ages. Although we correctly inputed their ages (both over 2 years old) during the booking process, they were incorrectly classified as “babies,” resulting in unexpected charges at check-in. To make matters worse, we were asked to pay at the current daily rate rather than having the charges aligned with our original booking date. Despite trying to resolve this at the hotel, support from both customer service and hotel staff was minimal, leaving us feeling disregarded and disappointed. We had paid specifically for a sea view room for a personal reason but were given a view of a footpath instead. While we were eventually offered a new room, it wasn’t until the evening of our second day—by which point we had unpacked and our children were settled. The delayed offer did little to resolve the issue or compensate for the inconvenience. We were also disappointed to learn that while the child pricing bracket covers ages 2 to 12, the children’s activities were restricted to children aged 3 and above. This important detail is not highlighted on your website nor through booking. This has meant our children could not participate despite being charged full child’s rate. Furthermore, overall food quality and service also fell short. There were persistent flies around the buffet area, which raised hygiene concerns. This is not a five star hotel.

Another fantastic stay at the Bahía Príncipe Fantasía in Chafiras. The staff is wonderful and the facilities are always kept up to an outstanding standard (we saw NO DIFFERENCE in two years). The food has also greatly improved since our last stay (it was great then, now it’s fantastic). Our little one loved it and we did too! We will be back.

First holiday where every single member of staff was super nice. The shows were nice and so were the restaurants. Food was tasty and healthy. Metered taxi from airport to hotel EUR22 for 5 people each way.

A Wonderful Stay with Family-Friendly Charm Our time at Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife was fantastic and truly memorable! The resort is absolutely stunning, with the iconic castle adding a magical touch that both kids and adults appreciated. The grounds are immaculate, and the attention to detail in the design is remarkable. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. We loved waking up to gorgeous views of the ocean and lush resort scenery. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless and well-maintained. The all-inclusive dining options were top-notch, with a variety of cuisines to suit every palate. The themed nights in the restaurants were a highlight, offering exciting and diverse dining experiences. While the nightly shows around the castle were visually appealing, we felt they could have been more engaging. However, the activities for kids and the daytime entertainment were fantastic, making this an ideal destination for families. The pools were incredible—clean, well-kept, and with ample seating. It was easy to find a relaxing spot under the sun or join in the fun with the kids in the water play areas. Overall, Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife is an exceptional resort, perfect for families or anyone seeking a luxurious and enjoyable getaway. We left feeling relaxed and happy, and we would absolutely recommend it despite the minor shortcomings in the night shows!

Amazing staff, had issue with flight's and the hotel were very much accommodating and understanding. James on front desk is a star. Food was plentiful though themed nights wouldnt go amiss in future.

Lovely hotel and looked exactly like the photos. We also liked Pedro and Jorge from the specialist restaurants. Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. Also the buffet and pizza restaurants were too short staffed at times.

Had a terrible stay. Dirty plates at the buffet, food made me unwell, received raw chicken on one occasion. Servers unhelpful. One spilled Coke Zero all over our table and onto the floor and onto my new trainers and acted as though they didn’t notice. On another occasion at the steakhouse our server spilled veg all over the floor and we pointed it out to him and he just ignored us and we ended up having to clean it ourselves. We had a noise in our room which we reported, the maintenance person that was sent up simply repeated the word ‘impossible’ to us and done nothing further. Cocktails rubbish, choice of food rubbish, was served the wrong meal in the Italian and when I told my server she spoke in Spanish to another server in an annoyed tone and took my plate away. No apologies what so ever. Not a 5 star,
