Room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

The air conditioning system serving the rooms was broken. Staff said a repairman was working on the issue but it was never fixed. Their solution was to supply industrial fans but only if you requested one. The fans were loud which only added to the discomfort in staying and sleeping in a hot room worse. Definitely would not stay unless the issue was resolved.

The AC was not working both days/nights of our stay. Staff did not seem to care. We had to go back to them because it was so uncomfortable to sleep with no AC. In addition, there were no solutions or accommodations offered.

First off when the cab driver dropped us off at the Hotel he told us that it wasn't the best area and to not wander around at night. The Hotel lobby is way to small to accommodate the weekend travelers. The have a downstairs area that is way better suited for check in. Rooms aren't available until 3pm which is not convenient when you travel from long distances. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. We stayed for 2 nights. The first night there was no AC. After complaining they brought industrial type fans to the rooms that were loud so no sleep. After asking when it would be fixed the said days to weeks. Left on cruise then had one more night because could not cancel reservations. AC was still not fixed. Some rooms it worked others it didn't. Sounded like the whole system needed to be replaced and they were just seeing who would complain So I would do not book at this hotel.

I would never recommend anyone to stay here. It feels like its in a sketchy location. There's plenty of places to eat in the area. I ate one at the restaurant downstairs and had the chicken cutlet. It wasn't good. Tasted like a frozen breaded ground up chicken and not a chicken breast. The rooms are so small you can barely move. Minimal shelves/storage areas. No side tables beside the bed because there's no room! Just a little shelf about 4"x10". The AC never worked the 4 days we were there even though we asked 6 times! The roof top terrace is nice but the pool is way too small. It's the most expensive place I stayed at out of 4 hotels in my recent travels and it was the worst. What a disappointment.

Good hotel with great breakfast. The main things to be aware of is that it gets a bit rough at night - on our first night a homeless guy was yelling at people and running at them. The other thing to be aware f is tha the toilet and shower/sink are across the room from each other, so using the bathroom at night inevitably wakes up your partner. Staff are excellent and provided great recommendations on dining in a great city.

The rooms were cleaned daily, however you only get 2 waters on the first day and the rest of our stay we never received more water. The power went out for not even 4 minutes but it did something to the elevator so we did have to use the stairs once. There is a laundromat on the same block that was convenient. I asked reception for an iron and reception didn’t have an ironing board available so I used my bed. Great location to shops and the beach. Uber rides were 10€ to 12€. It was very clean and quiet.

This is a lovely little hotel. It’s is clean and well maintained. There is a cute l roof top bar hidden on the top floor. Get ready as the elevators are small but efficient. It is in an area being revitalized. As you walk out for a stroll the first day head to your right up to the Main Street. Don’t go left until you are more comfortable with your bearing. There are many cafes near by. Make sure you sit at the tables that are in front of the cafe you purchase from.

Great hotel, good location for La Rambla and around, quiet enough away from the hustle. Good design and light, airy room. Would recommend!

Small, very economically designed, bright rooms. Comfy and quiet. Very good breakfast, except for the always lukewarm coffee... Very friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Due to the proximity to the cruise port, this a perfect place for a night or two before/after a cruise!

Clean room on the small side. Unusual layout, toilet on the other side of the room from the shower and sink. Great location of the property…. But I was there in May and the room was very cold. No way to adjust the temperature (I asked reception- no luck). But it was a very quiet, and I had a nice stay.

El menu en el desayuno fue magnífico, el café extraordinario , felicidades porque el mejor espresso de mi vida lo tomé ahí. Todo limpio y el staff dispuesto a servir al huésped en todo momento.

Okay minimal hotel. Room design wasn't very compatible with staying ventilated, unfortunately--- Windows all go into the shower bathroom area by design. During my time there the hotel also suffered a data breach and containing details of my stay (not CC details), resulting is being targeted by scams. Staff was very helpful, room was clean.

My bathroom tiles were ripped, location was sketchy, and parking garage was very tight / difficult to park.

Convenient location, spacious room but the shower was a challenge/scary. Was informed when checking out that the showers are being replaced but wish it had been done before we arrived!

Nice property and great staff close to Las Ramblas but around hotel can be weird!

Nice little hotel. In the backstreet but close to La Rambla and sea front. Rooms quite small with bathroom by window in room, with a curtain across. No view . Nice rooftop bar but pool is a small paddling pool. Room very clean .
