Great location, walked everywhere we wanted to go in old city-snd we went everywhere! breakfast included hit the spot, staff very nice, Ammer front desk person very helpful. Room temperature being too hot or too cold was no big deal but thermostat didn’t quite seem to have an in between

This hotel has the feel of a friendly B & B. All staff were great. Our room had a large balcony which was great for relaxing evenings. The location is brilliant. No complaints at all.

Pleasantly surprised, the room was small
And clean with a very comfy bed. friendly staff, good breakfast option at a reasonable price. Best thing is the unbeatable location, also a cafeteria La Rollerie right next door was a hit. Walking distance to La gran via, puerta del sol and el prado. Will come back.

The location of the hotel is excellent - it's close to a lot of places to shop, eat and entertainment. It's a bit out-dated and needs some updates. The breakfast is not good at all-I think this could be improved. All staff members were very friendly. The sheets were not the cleanest but bearable.

Interesting place…. We were there during warm weather and they don’t allow the thermostat to be set below 24 Celsius which was very warm and stuffy. Opening windows brought in street noise that made sleeping impossible. The elevator and breakfast facilities are too small to accommodate the number of guests. Fun theme in a good location but uncomfortable stay and pricey.

Given this is a two star hotel in the centre of Madrid it was excellent, all rooms are decorated differently based on shows just made it a great place to stay.
