I booked 7 nights for a holiday with my daughter and my son, staff were so polite, cleaning service was perfect, the environment of hotel was amazing. Breakfast everyday on time. Everything about this hotel was really good and can't complain. The only downside was distance, we spent lots of money on taxis everyday to go to different places as the public transport wasn't an option. I recommend this hotel for short or long stays but if you are on holiday, either have own car or find out public transport to your destinations.

No TV, no restaurant, no transport,

Bed was uncomfortable and pillows hard.

Overall the hotel was okay but could do better for a 4 star hotel. Noisy early mornings and late at night around the hotel from other quests l guessed. Breakfast was the same every single day.It became very boring after a few days. Not much variety to choose from. Rooms were cleaned every day but the rooms,walls and air-conditioning unit needs a deep clean. Marks on walls,dusty air-conditioning unit,dusty cupboards. Wanted to order room service one day on a Saturday only to be told the restaurant doesn't open on weekends . No idea why?? Also me and my partner got bitten by something in the beds,woke up with these itchy lesions/ marks all over legs, body and arms. Definitely some bed bugs in there. Pool area not bad, kids enjoyed the pool but not once did l see a lifeguard around the pool the days l was there. No security around the hotel as well,anyone can easily just walk in there.Very unsafe

Big family room, comfortable beds… Convenient location. I want a hotel that wasn’t too far from the motorway, this was perfect. We did go to Barcelona for the afternoon/eveing. It’s a 30 minute taxi ride 38€

We had no access to the bar or Restaurant as these were not open Saturday, Sunday or Monday, this has to be the worst weekend away also there are no facilities to make coffee in the room, had we had known all this we would not have booked this hotel

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The management is just rude and unfriendly to foreign tourists

Lovely stay, David the receptionist was amazing and polite! He made the stay more enjoyable.

Old ish looking hotel, wasn’t value for money as welk

Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome, but to be shortly disappointed by a room consumed by tobacco smell and a large rag shoved in the tap socket of the shower to stop a leak. We had to move rooms in the first few minutes. The second room appeared better, yet it was dusty and often not cleaned to a basic standard. E.g. mould in the fridge. Due to the digital safe malfunction, the safe provided would not open after use, we had our passports and bank cards inside. When reported, the young male receptionist had a very nonchalant attitude, he did not treat the issue as an urgency. We had to report to him consistently to remind him of the matter, he's incomptance made us lose out on 3 days of our holiday as he could not give us an expected time or date as to when the issue would be resolved. We had to wait from Sat-Mon for the maintenance man, who eventually had to use an electric grinder to open. Lastly, another male staff member (tall bald man generally in the breakfast room) often came across prejudice in comparison to hes treatment to other guests. At breakfast, despite seeing us eat on several occasions, he only stopped and shouted at us in particular for our room numbers. Yet others were greeted well and even taken to their seats. He also out others infront of us even though we were first in the queue. The only nice staff was a the young blonde receptionist who was extremely helpful when on shift. The pool was nice but deck chairs dirty and unkept.

I would stay here again

It was kind of disappointed that fitness room was closed due to COVID. I chose this hotel even though bit high price than others around the area because it still shows good fitness room…

It was amazing to stay in the nice suburban hotel

Its nice small hotel situated in the nice suburban area. In the reception they were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to the travelers with car, other wise its about 25 km fare from the center city. Its Ideal for travelers with car, easy and self parking space available.
