Good stolen staff was very rude and the cleaning staff was incompetent picked up a bag that sat in the hallway for three days

In the centre of Sevilla, just a bed, exactly what I needed.

Terrible. This place was a big shock. We refused to check in. It turns out that the cabin is a box you have to bend and crawl on your knees to sleep on the mattress on the floor. The place smells like a dead rat with lots of flies around you. The bathroom is shared with other 5 cabins. We had to book another hotel despite how tired we were when we arrived. I had to dispute the amount I paid which was a lot for that kind of a place.

Like sleeping in a biscuit tin . I would have got more peace in a hammock just an overpriced hostel

The pods were very clean (not true for other Futurotels I’ve stayed in) but I don’t like that they have TVs in the pods because the dude above me had his on full blast all night. I had to ask staff to tell him to turn it down at 1:30 am. Other than that, it was a good place for a cheap bed.

Trop de lumières… et peu insonorisé. Si tu n’as pas loup pour dormir et des bouchons… ta nuit, risque d’être peu efficiente!

I arrived at the property early and was shown a Café where I could wait, which was only a short walk away. The staff were quite accommodating at first, but when they showed me my room, I was shocked to see that a large double bed completely covered the living area. I asked the staff person showing me the room if she could do something about it but she remained non-committal. I thin examined the bed to find that it was two single beds put together so I went and asked the staff if they could remove one of these, once again they we non-committal even though on a notice they put under my door it said, ‘Our staff will be happy to help you with whatever you need to make your experience even more comfortable.’ The next day I took action myself and put the second mattress on its side against the wall, together with the metal frame. I then had room to live in.

1 shared bathroom across 8-10 pods and the toilet was blocked all night. The temperature in the pod was stuck at a minimum of 28 degrees all night and the air con did not make a difference, was too hot to sleep.

Le personnel fait de son mieux pour bien nettoyer les zones communes de l'hôtel.

Die Kapseln sind sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, es gibt eine Steckdose in der Kapsel, sowie verschiedene USB-C Anschlüsse. Die Snacks, welche gekauft werden können müssten meiner Meinung nach nicht in der Kapsel sein, da hier sowieso schon wenig Ablagefläche ist und man diese für seine persönliche Dinge besser nutzen könnte und der Automat steht an der Rezeption ja ebenfalls bereit. Trotz allem sind die Kapseln etwas hellhörig und die Luftzirkulation funktioniert darin nur bedinngt, sodass man am liebsten die Türe doch einen Spalt offen hat, wodurch man natürlich 1. weniger Privatsphäre und 2. mehr Lärmbelästigung hat.. Dusche + WC sind sehr gut ausgestattet und mit touch etc ist alles sehr hightech. Eine Zimmerkarte pro Kapsel bei 2 Personen ist etwas eng kalkuliert, wenn man bpsw. duschen geht o.ä. aber auch machbar. Der Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche etc. ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und freundlich gestaltet. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, sodass man fußläufig viele Anlaufstellen hat, Uber direkt dort halten können und man auch mit Escootern oder Ebikes in der Nähe einen Abstellplatz findet.

La temática del hotel no se explica en expedia y no es un hotel para todo el mundo la temática de capsula lo de baños compartido lo de armarios compartidos en fin la temática tiene que ser explicada

O ar-condicionado estava fraco, mas como a Cidade estava frio ficou ok, limpeza excelente, achei próximo ao centro, voltaria a me hospedar!

Estaba interesante el hotel, lo unico malo fué que hice una reservacion a una habitacion con baño privado, y al momento de hacer el check in, me notificaron que habia un error entre wl hotel y expedia, por lo que me tocó una capsula con baño compartido, capsula que estaba muy caliente y no dejó que descansaramos como queriamos, y el baño no estaba en las mejores condiciones.

La chambre

Ha sido una experiencia muy buena, todo muy tranquilo, muy limpio . Lo único la calefacción si estaba alta. Pero en general todo muy bien Volvería a repetir

Tengo ad aggiungere una nota non per la struttura ma destinato ad Expedia. Nei servizi della camera si parla di bagno privato che non è! Ero una stanza con altre 17 Baita (anche se la parola giusta sarebbe capsula) con un unico bagno, moltiplicato per 2 persone, c'è ben poco di privato! Si tratta a tutti gli effetti di un hostel con bagni in comune e zero privacy.

Surpris par la capsule, mais nous ne regrettons pas cette expérience, mais compte-tenu de notre âge 70ans nous ne pensons pas pouvoir renouveler cette expérience mais le concept est très bien pour une clientèle plus jeune pour un rapport qualité prix intéressant.

El hotel no es lo que está en la propaganda del Hotels.com. Pague por un cuarto individual con baño privado y llegué me han dado una cápsula incómoda con escaleras para subir, sábanas sucias y problemas en el termostato. No pude dormir por la noche porque la temperatura era de 27 grados dentro de la cápsula. No hicieron nada para solucionar el problema. Salí el día siguiente sin completar mi estadía. Estoy esperando que me hagan la devolución del pago y hasta ahora nada!!
