We arrived during blackout but they were very accomodating as always. The lift was obviously out of action and dinner had to be served through use of generator but appreciated all their effort and support. We are both in our late 70s and they are always very kind to us.

Really close to Portaventura theme park and Salou. Great room entry system with wristbands, lovely staff and a very good breakfast

Hotel is def a 4 star. Rooms were cleaned everyday, spacious and comfy beds. Food was very good especially the fresh omelettes at breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to everyone

Overall the hotel is good. BUT it can be noisy along the corridors during the night. Overall staff are nice, professional & friendly, however on this occasion the kitchen staff (cleaners) was very rude while we were eating breakfast. They should be careful what they say as some of us “English” understand Spanish.
Perfect location for PortAVentura if you plan on visiting.

Great reception staff, very friendly and helpful. Good quality and variety of food staying on Half Board. Nice bathroom/Shower with comp toiletries.Comfortable and clean room, nice balcony. Due to no carpet on hallway floors, noisy at night. Would recommend street facing room as a lot of noise at night if pool facing. Have stayed here several times pre pandemic. Easy walking distance to shops, beach, bars and Port Aventura theme park.

The location for Portaventura was great, disappointing with this particular H10 hotel as loyalty members there were no welcome drinks on arrival, no robe or slippers, no mints or cava in our room. Hotel needs updating! The safe broke as did the toilet. The staff's attitude could vastly improve plus they looked miserable half the time.

Good location. Helpful staff. Entertainment could be better. Really like the singers and acrobat show. Needed more entertainment. The rooms were ok. Bed mattress wasn't good, and the refrigerator was old, smelly and broken. I think this hotel needed some love and attention.

We stayed at H10 Salauris Palace for 4 nights. It's in ideal place, 10 minutes walk to Port Aventura and 10 minutes walk to the beach. We booked half board. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with loads of choices that get replenished before even the trays get empty. Eggs and pancake station made fresh to order and 4 coffee and juice machines. Dinner buffet was fantastic as well with new choices every night. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous hotel in great location. We’ve stayed in a few H10’s now and they’re always great. One downfall will say was the drink was very watered down. We even went to visit the h10 vintage and princess while we were here in salou and the drink in both other hotels was far superior, as in you could take the alcohol. Over all tho the food, staff and hotel itself was super.
