Haciendas Village is a lovely location as it’s walking distance to Adeje, beach, shops and a short drive (cheap taxi - definitely use local taxis and not uber) from the touristy places. Area felt safe for women. We had the one bed apartment with large terrace and it was perfect for 4 girls with the two on the sofa bed saying how comfy it was. The rooms don’t have air conditioning which would be an overall improvement but two fans were provided which made it manageable. The value for money is the main factor for the Haciendas - the facilities, space and location is amazing for how cheap it was. Overall the site and apartments could do with a bit of money spending on them like repainting and tiling but nothing that would put me off recommending to someone or staying again. The apartment had sufficient facilities with the shower being lovely and big with plenty of hot water and storage space for the rooms. However I think the kitchen could be improved as for me I would have expected more in a holiday apartment where it’s likely people will be cooking. The utensils / kitchenware were limited and no basics like salt or pepper or cleaning products were provided so we had to buy our own which is annoying when you’re only there for five days and obviously won’t use it all. We were offered a cleaning and replacement towel service which was useful. The staff were lovely and helpful and always quickly answered queries both before and during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Haciendas II, seemed a lot nicer that Haciendas IV. It's under 15mins walk from the beach, though there's quite a lot of uphill on the way back. Still a much nicer area than Playa de las Américas. The apartment itself was reasonably sized, clean with a good, powerful shower. It also had a large terrace with a big hammock, however this was all in full view of everyone going up and down the stairs to the pool. Anyone could step onto our terrace, but the other apartments seemed to have more privacy. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Noise can be a problem (especially when Spain win the Euros!). Overall it was better than I expected for the price. Would I stay there again? Probably not, but only because I can't see myself going back to Tenerife :-)

Stayed as a family of 6, the bungalow was very clean on arrival but bugs infesting the main room throughout our stay left a bitter taste, otherwise it was a decent stay overall. We particularly enjoyed the big pool near the reception, just avoid it when gangs of teenagers are in as they make such a racket and can be a bit disruptive.

The team was exceptional and accommodating. Our room had an issue with the shower and engineer came to check but was not fixed which was a bit of a pain as we were a party of 5 and ended uses one shower. Apart from that definitely recommend and easy walking distance to restaurants and Aqualand.

The apartment was excellent, very spacious and with excellent views. The only negative was the apartment was only cleaned on one occasion.

Fantastic balcony with views of the area and sea. Quiet at night. A short walk to fantastic restaurants. Very helpful staff. A brilliant place if you want to be away from the crowds and relax.

The apartment was very spacious and very clean. We also enjoyed very much the terrace and the ocean view, fantastic.

This was our second stay at Haciendas and had another great stay. Apartment clean and spacious with all amenities we could need. Outdoor pools with the waterfalls were very cold as expected but the one by reception perfectly warm and enjoyable. Local problem with drains this year left everything smelling horrible but that’s no reflection on the property.

A fab week spent in a comfort bungalow…huge and very clean with a terrific outside patio with sea view Will defo return next year !

Nice place to stay. Great views and size. The downside is not AC and the fans did not keep up with how hot it was.

Our 3 night at this hotel was an amazing experience. This was my first time visiting Spain. Our checking at the hotel was smooth although we had arrive way early than 4pm the staff really accommodate us and make us feel at home. They were very helpful and pleasant. Maria and Joanne were amazing greeters. They were right on target with every info we asked and always with that stunning smile. Our room was very clean and welcoming and what makes it great, we had a stunning view from the balcony. We felt very safe and the surroundings was very quiet. The only thing I miss was not having an air condition in that room because it get very hot at time. Otherwise great. I will recommend this hotel to any friend of mine who want to visit Tenerife.

Haciendas Apartments were very clean and tidy. We arrived late, so followed the instructions on the email, which gave us our room number, a map and the code to input into the key holder outside the apartment door. We had a hire car and always found a space outside the apartment complex. The apartment itself was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and it had a fully equipped kitchen. Also a hairdryer in the very big bathroom. There was some noise from the people above our apartment, but nothing serious. Only complaint was people putting towels on the sunloungers to reserve them. One of my pet hates. My son thought it was great being so close to Aqualand. We could see the slides from our huge balcony. The walk into town was ok, but uphill coming back. We didn't feel the need for a taxi though. Overall, a great place to stay.

Firstly we arrived at the main reception which wasnt where we were staying so we had to go to the other side. That was a nightmare to find with 2 luggages and side luggage and a child! No one helped or escorted us there. Then the remote or tv did not work. The wifi was hardly connecting most of the time all out data ran out. Sadly we did not watch tv or be able to enjoy the night with no entertainment. Plus the number on the paper for reception did not work at all. There was hardly ever any car parking available as we had to park at the main reception or on side roads and walk to our room area. Then on top by accident the main door shut qnd the keys were still inside. Only one set of keys??? It says reception shuts at 9 but it shuts at 5.30 and we had to run around trying to find us a number or someone to help us get in. Until someone else who just came to the place and wasnt even booked in!!! He managed to find the owner who didnt understand english who tried finding a security number after 1 hour ! Them the security guard was rude and took another 45 mins to come and help both families out. Overall the place was ok other than the constant cockroaches and lack of tissues. But the service was horrible and not ok especially with a child. That ruined the lovely place

The place was very clean. The address was a bit hard for the taxi to find on arrival but getting back to the airport was no hassle. Staff all very friendly. Stayed for a week and room was cleaned and bed/towels changed once during that time which was fine. Another couple had theres cleaned twice so a bit inconsistent. Didnt find beds comfortable but thats personal preference. Great pool areas. Tough to navigate on 1st day as map quite vague but all in all very tidy and well looked after. Overall a lovely stay that could have been improved but definitely worth a visit.
