Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. This property is located in the city's Low Emission Zone; only low-emission vehicles are permitted to enter. Guests with non-Spanish license plates must register their vehicle with the city in advance.

This property will be closed from September 16 2023 to September 17 2023 for renovations and will resume operation once the renovation is complete (completion date subject to change).  

Hotel only accepts guests with minimum age of 18
