Very nice, delicate hotel, beautiful views from the 360 terrace/bar. Plenty of good food. The bed a bit too soft for my back, not located right on the beach (cca 8min walk downhill) but with a car everything is reachable. Very helpful and polite staff. Overall happy and thank you.

Hotel was ok a bit noisy. Facilities were ok. Gym equipment was poorly maintained. TV remote didnt work. Broken stuff in bathroom. And based on an eco excuse the heating and AC were switched off. Really hot in room at night. Breakfast didnt start till 0800 which was pretty late. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was ok but nothing special

I would return though I think the hotel should be more alive. Window balconies were not clean. They wouldn't replace our glasses in the room, which I dont understand why. Shampoos and other things were not replaced properly! Entertainment should be more in the way people participate

It was a nice hotel in a quiet area. Staff were friendly, the hotel was nice and clean and food seemed good
Just a prewarning, it's located up quite a steep hill, so could be awkward to get to if you have mobility issues, but they do offer a free 'shuttle' down to the town every hour for most of the day which was good.
Only negative was it's starting to look abit tired In places, so could do with abit of a spruce up soon.

We only stayed for one night having Dinner Bed and Breakfast, we could not fault the choice of food which had to be served to us with the current situation and all precautions were taken to keep us safe.The hotel is up a steep hill so we took the car down to the seafront

The facilities were quite nice in every respect except for one: The elevators were really confusing. There were at least 4 elevators on the property, but only one went to the swimming pool and only 2 went to the underground parking, and we had to figure out which ones by trial and error. Otherwise, we were very pleased.
The service was, in general, very, very good. However, housekeeping failed to replace the coffee pods we used on the first day there, so we could not use the coffee maker on the second or third mornings.
Those are relatively small things, and on the whole we thought the property was very good.

Stay was spoilt upon entering the room to discover it was a twin made up with two beds. We contacted reception to make them aware however they tried telling us a double bed is a request in a double room not a guarantee. I showed them the booking which clearly states a double room with double bed however they were not interested and told us that was the only room. We walked past reception an hour or so later and there was a queue of other people checking in so they clearly had alternative rooms. We also asked the following day and the day after that to no avail. We appreciate there are far greater problems to have but travelling as a couple and been our weeks summer holiday this kind of spoilt things and felt like reception just kept fobbing is off.

We missed the flight. And got the nect flight out my phone died . And we couldn't find the hotel for over an hour looking . And then when we got there we was told that we might not be able to stay because we never rang them . We had no drink for over 5 hours or so . And there was no drinks in the place. And wasnt told that we could have dinner so we eat out ever night and on the day we was leaving we was hungry and told we country eat there because we cheque out .

Beautiful hotel, great location although you have to take into account that you have to climb a little bit when you return from the sea. Very friendly and solution minded service on all my requests. I enjoyed my stay : comfortable room, clean room, friendly personnel, bar, terrace, sun lounges by the pool.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the hotel for you! Not advertised as adults only but there were no children at the hotel during my stay, mainly older adults, very chilled atmosphere. Reception staff were fantastic, they spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Rooms are basic and could do with a bit of an update but the beds are extremely comfortable and have a big flat screen tv, fridge, full length mirrored wardrobes and a safe available to use(extra cost). Bathroom was lovley with a nice big full wall mirror and bath and shower. Breakfast was nice with a variety of food available, some things better than others, but overall very nice. Pancakes were a personal favourite! Dinner was good too with salad, pasta, fajitas, chilli, nachos, chips, soup and all the usual. Pool area is beautiful but I will say the large marble ramp from the hotel down to the pool is very steep and can be slippy. Waiter service is available all day around the pool area and they are more than happy to bring your drinks to you so you never have to leave your seat. Cider and beer was €3 a pint and wine €2.50 and fantastic! The hotel run a free shuttle bus(8 seater) down the VERY steep hill to Albir Playa beach and shops. I’m reasonably fit but would have struggled to do this trip without this service! Buses run every hour on the hour till 8pm and must be booked at reception. Good hotel and would reccomend!
