The hotel is in a beautiful location. The staff is very helpful, they went above and beyond. Language is an issue, but it is Spain and we all should try to speak the native tongue. The dinners and breakfasts were very tasty. The hotel caters to an older crowd, this should not disuade anyone. This hotel and its' staff were one of the highlights of my trip through Spain.
The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the spa is quite lovely.

muy buenas instalaciones, limpio, ordenado, el circuito de spa incluido es bueno, su desayuno es relativamente variado, nada espectacular, pero cumple como algo básico. Atención impecable por casi todo el mundo, la única pega es que queríamos darnos un masaje y en recepción no pudieron atender nuestra llamada telefónica en el momento y prometieron llamarnos de vuelta. No lo hicieron y al llamar nosotros de vuelta, ya no había opciones para poder agendar algo en un horario razonable.

Bel hôtel et bon accueil. Le spa est extra et les soins efficaces.
Le seul bémol est le dîner au restaurant.
Le rapport qualité prix, 24€ le menu, n' est pas équilibré. Peu de choix et le poisson et les légumes froids ! Dommage pour un hôtel de cette classe....

Buen sitio para relajarse y desconectar totalmente, entorno tranquilo. Balneario con aguas termales q van muy bien para todo. Sólo creo q podrían mejorar la organización dentro del balneario que a veces hay demasiada gente y no te relajas del todo, aunque luego acaba siendo divertido compartiendo cosas...y sobre todo en recepción solo una persona atendiendo para hotel y balneario hay que hacer cola de espera para que atiendan...lo demás para repetir seguro...

El balneario está bastante bien con variedad de tratamientos.Las aguas termales son curiosas y efectivas.La zona que hay cerca del balneario tiene varias cosas curiosas para ir a ver como el barrio de las cuevas y las carcasas del marcial.Fin de semana diferente y relajante a buen precio

Hotel agradable, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Ideal si lo que quieres es compaginar el descanso con visitar la zona de Guadix o Granada para después relajarte en el Balneario.

El personal muy atento, amable, servicial y ayudando en todo. Nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones sobre qué hacer por la zona, incluso nos encontramos a la animadora del hotel y estuvimos con ella y sus amigos.
En relación a la habitación, la cama muy grande y cómoda pero el baño estaba sucio cuando llegamos a la habitación.
El desayuno muy escaso para ser un hotel de 4*, al parecer había mas variedad pero tenías que pedirlo y te lo hacían o daban, pero deberían informar de lo que puedes pedir. Comimos jamón serrano porque se lo pedimos al camarero, pero no estaba disponible en la zona de comida.

Trato excelente del personal, hotel muy nuevo e instalaciones muy limpias. Junto al balneario, se comunican a traves de un patio. Cama muy comoda y habitacion muy amplia, precio del paquete muy competitivo, desayuno completo con opcion sin gluten.
