The checkin process was straightforward and we were allowed to leave bags before checkin time. However, the staff didn't provide any information on what's included, what facilities like pool are available and when to access them or what attraction is nearby. For example 2 bottles of water were included, but we weren't informed that minibar was included in the room price. There was a huge festival going on in front of the hotel, we saw it once we reached our room. The staff didn't mention it when we specifically asked about nearby attractions. Bathroom had no fittings at all to hang towels and/ or clothes. Location is a bit outside the city centre also more than an hour away from airport using public transport so something to consider when making travel plans. The ac kept resetting temperature for some reason all night, so room tended to be warmer than preferred. Other than that the hotel is clean, looks well maintained, has great mattresses.

Fabulous hotel, arrived at 10am after staying in a different area for work and choosing this hotel for relaxing over the weekend. Expecting to leave my bags in the luggage room and come back at 3pm for check-in, the staff were Fabulous and allowed me to check in straight away free of charge. Spacious immaculate room with complementary mini bar, also very reasonably priced, especially with all the extra touchs and great service.

Everything was great--clean facilities, spacious room, two pools with a nice view, a convenient location for transportation, and a king-size bed that almost three people can sleep on. The downstairs restaurant provides a very nice pork steak. The only thing I didn't like was that the towel had too much lint, which flew all over the place when I used the towel, sticking to my face and body. Except for that, I had a pleasant experience during the trip.

Barcelona princess was everything we hoped it would be. A special mention to the staff who were very helpful and friendly. It was the location we were looking for being near the beach, and yet a few minutes walk to the metro to get anywhere in the city we wanted.

The checkin process was straightforward and we were allowed to leave bags before checkin time. However, the staff didn't provide any information on what's included, what facilities like pool are available and when to access them or what attraction is nearby. For example 2 bottles of water were included, but we weren't informed that minibar was included in the room price. There was a huge festival going on in front of the hotel, we saw it once we reached our room. The staff didn't mention it when we specifically asked about nearby attractions. Bathroom had no fittings at all to hang towels and/ or clothes. Location is a bit outside the city centre also more than an hour away from airport using public transport so something to consider when making travel plans. The ac kept resetting temperature for some reason all night, so room tended to be warmer than preferred. Other than that the hotel is clean, looks well maintained, has great mattresses.
