Amazing place

The breakfast and dinner buffet was great with additional varieties daily but the room could do with some complimentary items like tea bags and body wash.

almost everything is perfect except there's no available toilettries such as shampoo, extra toothbrush/toothpaste, cotton buds and side table tissues and slippers and bath robe..the time table of the transportation is not accurate

Very nice hotel and would definitely stay there again , close to all shops and beach, couple of things though we were on second dinner service which does not start until 8 which we felt was quite late would be better if they did 6-7 and then 7-8, we also could not find any English TV channels ie BBC World and finally check out is very early at 10am, only minor points though basically a great hotel

The staff acts like they are doing you a favor for being there.

We were there as a group of 8. Chech-in was good. The rooms was really nice, but theybhad body soap and shampoo, but no hairconditioner. Both pool areas was nice. But the hotel is missing small things. There is no security. Everybody can get from the streets to the floor. You dont have to scan your card. The pool table at the bar eas missing 1 ball and had only one cue. It can't be that expensive to buy new. Breakfast was ok, but it often ran out of things and it took time to get it filled up. And the breakfast staff, especially the one that receive you, is not very friendly. We tried to explain something to her in english and she did not reply, so we said it again. Then she got upset, and said "yeah I understand you". Then the next thing we said she did also not understand. Area is nice. Just a lot of really bad restaurants for dinner. Lots of live music and really close to.the beach. For the price, its a really good hotel. But I woukd not.mind paying just a little bit more, for the small things.

Very nice cleen comfortable hotel with variaty breakfast. Only remark is that music at pool comes from moore than one place makes it hard to listen to any music. Mostly eldery people so few kids.

Hôtel très satisfaisant. 2 points négatifs, pas de restaurant le midi, et le soir tarif assez chère pour un buffet libre sur les hôtels de malgrat (23,50€) et le 2ème points négatifs, assez sal sous les lits et la femme de ménage a juste fait les lits et changé les serviettes. Pas de ménages, terrasse assez salé et j’ai même retrouvé des pots de plastique sous les lits d’un précédent vacancier.

Chambre spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle. Personnel très attentionné. Buffet pour les petits déjeuners, complets pour tous les goûts.

Hôtel très bien rénové !! Emplacement des chambres idéal !! Très bon accueil .. le buffet est pour moi juste un peu moins qualitatif que les prestations de l hôtel …

Ce troisième passage dans cet hôtel a permis de constater que les améliorations ont été mises en œuvre pour les chambres surchauffées et pour le service du petit déjeuner. Tout s’est bien passé cette fois et j’augmente d’une étoile le service qui s’est bien amélioré. L’espace douche des salles de bain et notamment les joints de douche sont à changer car ils commencent à apparaître des taches sombres de moisissures dûes à une aération insuffisante: pour un 4* c’est limite et passable. Le choix de cet hôtel pour nos passages entre notre domicile et notre lieu de vacances est dicté par un rapport qualité prix imbattable et un positionnement idéal à mi chemin.

Me encantó la decoración y la calidad de todo en general. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias a todos por hacernos la estancia tan agradable.

Nuestra estancia ha sido excelente. Tanto los de recepción, camareros y animadores de la piscina super simpáticos y amables.
