Friendly staff. Clean. Only complaint was the heat. AC worked one night then no more. I think it’s too early and not hot enough for Spaniards to use AC. 😬

The property is located at the entrance to the town but walking distance to everything. We were very tired but the staff allowed us to check in early so we could rest. There is a restaurant on site and a bar where we were able to have a bite before checking in. The waiting area is very confortable. Overall an excellent place to spend a few days.

Definitely an older building, but fairly well kept. Clean. Had a comfortable stay. Staff was welcoming. A short walk from city shops and restaurants and other attractions. Beware that the brick and patterned sidewalks of Jaen make walking with roller luggage a bit of a challenge, but taxis are abundant and reasonably priced.

Check in & staff welcoming was pleasant. Parking in underground carpark was good, had easy access & well signed. Hotel however was dated, booked double room & got two single beds (bedding as two singles) pushed together. Also mattress and pillows uncomfortable. We’re going eat at hotel but nothing available.
