Hotel Leyre

I was very disappointed with the hotel staff as son as we walked in. Very unfriendly and rude, never even look at me when speaking to me. Especially the front office middle age lady with dark brown short curly hair. I was asking for help with transportation to another town and she was very short then told me to go to the bus stop and ask. I asked for a bottle water and they told me to go get it at the store across the street. The housekeeping staff smoked in the hall way and stairways so the whole hotel smells horrible. I fell as if they didn’t want to deal with us Americans. Will never come back to this hotel again. I’ll take my American’s money and spent it some where else.

Very convenient and the front of house staff are always very helpful

Great hotel in the historic section of the city. Walkable to very many historical and religious sites. I enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and just what I needed as a solo traveler.

Friendly service

The hotel was clean, quiet, and close to laundry and shopping. I liked the gym and social areas of the hotel. The breakfast was great! Would definitely stay again.

The property was located in a great location. Close to all of the festivities for the running of the bulls, but still far enough away to be able to get some sleep.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Leyre in Pamplona during the San Fermín Festival, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The hotel’s central location made it the perfect base for enjoying all the festivities. Being right in the heart of the action, I could easily walk to the bullring, watch the running of the bulls, and immerse myself in the vibrant street celebrations. The rooms were beautifully appointed, blending classic charm with modern amenities. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which gave a nod to the hotel's rich history while providing all the comforts of a luxury stay. My room was impeccably clean and offered a stunning view of the bustling streets below, allowing me to feel a part of the festival even when relaxing in my room. The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had an unforgettable experience. They provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities, which greatly enhanced my stay. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home amidst the festival’s excitement. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with a wide array of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The quality of the food was outstanding, and it provided the perfect start to a day full of adventure and celebration. Staying at Hotel Leyre during San Fermín was an experience like no other.

Good recovery location after a long trip

Very comfortable stay in Pamplona. On the edge of historic center, it makes for an easy walk to any part of things to visit in Pamplona

Hotel Leyre is in a very clean and well designed area, close to the old city.

Good location. Modern room. Bathroom was clean but not well decorated or welcoming.

The hotel was very central and the staff were very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was available every day without the need to book.

My room and specially the bathroom looks tired with accesories not very helpful, and in poor condition the furniture and walls. It has a convenient supermarket across the street for snacks and drinks. Great place for breakfast around the corner at La Navarra (possibly best tortilla in town)

This is a great, and well-known hotel, right near the bullfighting ring and just outside the old town (pedestrian only). The room was nice - adequately sized, renovated, with a nice outlook from the window. The staff spoke good english, and were experienced in directing me to the ample off-site parking very nearby. The hotel offers breakfast and has some lounge areas. The town is perfect for walking around, and this hotel was well-situated for exploration.

The staff at this hotel are amazing! I had a few crises while with them, from lost luggage to a friend unexpectedly in hospital and they went out of their way to help me. The room was comfortable and breakfast delicious! Recommended.
