Hotel was clean and modern, a lot of choice at the buffets. Facilities were great, the pool was lovely. Some of the staff were not very friendly but the housekeeping team were very friendly

Отель понравился, еда вкусная, но очереди и суета в ресторане. При заселении молодой человек на рецепшин категорически отказал в отельной парковке, сославшись на ее полную занятость и на стойчиво предлагал поставить машину на городскую стоянку. Через два часа подошли еще раз ,и девушка нарецепшин направила нас на отельнуй парковку, которая оказалась почти пустой. Очень странное поведение сотрудника отеля.

The hotel looks amazing so the rooms. Newly decorated, clean. Food options great. Entertainment very good.
The staff couldn't care less about noise and disturbance in the corridors, all day long. In the mornings, during the day and evenings were totally awful. Kids running around, spilling drinks everywhere, screaming and hitting the walls.
The swimming pools not very clean definitely need update, with 2 lazy guards. Indoor swimming pool full up with teenagers jumping to the water, singing loud songs, playing with "footballs". Spoke to the guards, no help. They didn't bother to sort it out. Very dangerous, also filthy.
If you're looking for a family holidays, look somewhere else. Not safe for children.
The Internet was off for 2 days of our stay. Only Spanish channels in the room. The beach nearby is a fishing seaport.
Would i come back? I don't think so.
If without children, yes. Great for grownups.

We traveled in October so street parking was free and the hotel staff were kind enough to tell us! The staff was friendly and the location was close to beach and restaurants. Great value for the price.

It looked better on picture than what it was in reality.
The floor was dirty, room hot, AC was not working properly. Buffet/food was bad quality. No parking.
Just an overall disappointment. thankfully we only stayed for 1 night.

Safe in room unusable, no lock. Refrigerator in room not working and dirty. Lounge chairs around pool unavailable unless you come early and reserve your spot. Very crowed.
Late eating times in restaurant. No english channels on TV.
Long waiting at front desk for check in, only one person was available.

La limpieza de las habitaciones muy buena, la comodidad de la cama excelente con tres almohadas para decidir y la calidad de la comida excelente. Era la primera vez, anteriormente íbamos a otro hotel cercano y sin dudarlo repetiremos. Por poner algún comentario no muy bueno, las habitaciones deberían tener ducha.

Por SER um hotel com recreação é muito barulho das 06h00 até 00h30. O café da manhã é muito tumultuado com filas imensas, desistimos e fomos tomar café fora do hotel pois gera estresse a quantidade de pessoas e muita gritaria. O quarto é confortável funcionários são simpáticas !

En general muy bien! La animación es un punto muy importante.
Piscina perfecta con diferentes opciones y con agua templada-caliente.
La habitación que nos dieron era justo al que daba a la animación y la noche con una niña pequeña fue dura pero al día siguiente pedimos cambiar de habitación y nos dieron una mas tranquila y muy bien.
Lo malo:
El airea condicionado fugaba y caían gotas, la respuesta fue que cuando mucha gente lo usa suele pasar…
Ademas, la limpieza no es el punto fuerte del hotel, tanto la ducha y el grifo lleno de cal. Ademas, al limpiar la habitación todos los días quedaba suciedad en el suelo.
El buffet nos a encantado a toda la familia!
Quitando algún aspecto nos a encantado y seguro que volvemos!!!!!!

Allasalue on hyvä ja siisti ja hotellin yleisvaikutelma on ihan ok. Hotellin sijainti on myös hyvä. Huoneissa on heikko äänieristys. Aamiaisjärjestely oli aivan kaamea. Käsittämätön meteli kaikuvassa hallissa ja esillepano aivan alimittainen vierailijoihin nähden. Ruoka on heikkolaatuisen oloista ja ainekset bulkkitavaraa Näkee, että todennäköisesti toimittajat kilpailutettu äärimmilleen. Huoneet siivottiin tosi huonosti. En tulisi uudelleen.
