Hotel Safari

We choose the hotel as the outside areas looked spacious and also it appeared to have nice areas inside to use, including a restaurant. On arrival, we discovered the reality did not match the pictures. The hotel is basic, and the staff are friendly and that in itself is ok - the problem is you think you're getting somewhere more swish as the hotel has put up several images of areas that do not exist. The impression is that the building and grounds are far bigger than they are and there is more than one outside area. The hotel claims to have a 'garden', the reality is two large planters on a tiled area. We suspect someone hired it for a wedding, made it look far better than it is, and the hotel has used these images. Another claim is there are poolside parasols and that is not true. This is important because it was so hot guests were fighting over the shaded areas - I left our lounger for 30 minutes - when I came back the receptionist had removed our stuff because another guest wanted to be in the shade. The hotel claims to have a fitness centre- that's now closed and not re-opening. The breakfast is like Aldi catered it, coffee from a vending machine and lots of low quality cake. This is a 3 star hotel so we didn't expect luxury but you can do reasonable rates and a decent breakfast. Also, lifts are tiny so if you're on the top floor waiting time is around 10 to 15 minutes at busy times. If you want to know what it was like to holiday in the 1980s then stay here.

Near to an excellent beach. Had a few minor problems with the room, but nothing serious.

Bar staff okay

Used hotel as a one night stopover on way further North. Arrived near midnight. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Good, clean, comfortable bedroom with a brand new bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast the next morning. Ideal for our needs. Very good price in the off-season.

Had to check out after trying 3 very bad rooms. I must check the bank and make sure they have not charged me

Ojo muy importante si vas con pensión completa,prepara a parte dinero porque en cada comida y cena las bebidas las pagas todas a parte. El bufet medio. El servicio muy bueno. No te tumbes con ganas en la cama porque las lamas se saldrán. La ubicación fenomenal. La piscina amplia

Es un hotel de 3 estrellas. No se le puede pedir mucha cosa. Habitaciones sobrias, sin nada más que una cama y un baño. Poca comida a elegir. Pero es que es un hotel de 3 estrellas. Ahora, el personal es muy atento y amable, como un hotel de 4 estrellas.

La calidad precio estupenda. Habitación bastante bien, moderna, limpia y cualquier incidencia te la resuelven al instante. Bufet bien, la comida estaba buena y al precio que está todo hoy en día no se puede pedir más. Agradecimientos a todo el personal.

Los ascensores y la espera era bastante larga y el hotel se le ve aspecto bastante antiguo, pero en general limpio, cómodo y buena atención en relación al precio.

Me gustó la piscina y no me gustó la animación

Invadieron el espacio mio y el de mi pareja y fue un momento muy incómodo
