Lovely interior in the converted chapel, friendly welcoming staff, possibly the best value hotel bar in Europe, and super breakfast. Clean and pleasant double room, my only recommendation would be better pillows but a small thing in an otherwise lovely stay. Would go back

Great location. A short 2 minute walk to the beach, 10 mins to the old town.
Comfortable, big room (209) that faced the courtyard. Reasonably priced mini bar.
Exceptional breakfast which you should definitely include in your reservation.
Great staff. very welcoming. Definitely will come back.

Lovely hotel, centrally located but a little away from the bustle. Rooms with interior balcony on the fifth and sixth floors are lovely.

A very well-located, clean and friendly hotel. The service staff was amazing. The front desk was welcoming and very nice. We had breakfast daily and it was fantastic. Really enjoyed it and would recommend highly. A great place to stay near to the beach, too. There's a quite little bar next door with locals and we enjoyed that very much, too.

As a former monastery, this property has a lot of personality and charm. The lobby features a shrine to the Virgin Mary. The past and present are fused in a warm vibe.

I’ve stayed in other same level properties in San Sebastián at similar cost & I would not choose this hotel again. Everything is an extra charge, and the beds/pillows were all extremely hard and uncomfortable. The room size was pretty good.

Cool funky hotel in a reappropriated convent. The hotel lobby is amazingly redone and the rooms are very well laid out. It isn’t super close to the old town (but is walkable distance), perfect for summer due to proximity to the beach (2 blocks away)

Excellent hotel, fantastic location and room very good. The check in though took way too long with keep being asked for passports and credit card over and over again. 20 minutes is way too long. Don't know if the girl was new but she didn't seem to know what she was doing. She was very pleasant though

Wonderful service. I had to park my car in a public parking lot and when I retrieved my car, one of the hotel workers accompanied me. Thank goodness, because it was actually very complicated. That was above and beyond.
