Aparte de que los cuartos son pequeños la distribución con ducha, inodoro y lava manos en lugares distintos ayuda a poder hacer varias cosas.
El desayuno buffet muy bueno y variado, con la excepción del zumo de naranja que con su aspecto “intergaláctico” y sabor a todo menos naranja es muy bueno.
Para pasar 2 ó 3 días la ubicación es muy céntrica.

Hotel rooms are VERY SMALL and Staff , Specially PAOLA was very rude on a early chekout. Did not want to provide confirmation nor provide receipt, nor provide full name. Room Size are CLOSET size. Worst stay in my Spain Vacation.

Internet is not super fast, especially during evenings when I guess no one is using it. Staff is really based in the other Ibis hotel just beside this one. Room was clean but old as the wood paneling on the floor only room was peeling off at parts and the paint is wearing thin on others. The big disadvantage is the location as there are no nearby (walkable) shops or grocery stores although there is a bus that goes to the Alicante city center (Google either gets the schedule wrong or the buses are always late).

Disappointed in my stay this time round, very noisy throughout the night, ground works, faulty lift, constant faulty room key and poor food. The only positive feedback this time round was, Adrian he was very helpful. I’ve stayed here now quite a few times but I think this maybe the last time. Such a shame.

All clean and tidy. Staff in main hotel couldn't be more helpful. Only gripe was hot drink machine broken so had to walk over to main building to purchase drink. WiFi really decent too. I enjoyed breakfast as well in main restaurant.

We got here just as the road into Alucante was closed due to flooding. Booking in even though busy done and all necessary advise provided.
Decide to have a few drinks and something to eat, really good service, snd food well priced and rrally good.

Breakfast POOR not eggs only cold stuff. Room TERRIBLE very small no place to hang clothers; AND IT WAS A TWO PERSON ROOM. NOT EVEN A CHAIR. Cleaning LAME; ONLY LEFT TOWELS BUT DID NOTHING WITH THE ROOM. Parking and Air Conditionoer was OK
